S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries ,rail,rafter, heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) distance pieces, cleats,fastening including fabrication and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified & directed.

S&F bands, straps, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed

S & F for plain black mild steel sheet 0.80mm thick as in ridge ,hips,valley,gutters,drip & straight flashing (length & girth as fixed)fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 22 -25mm thick over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) as in step tread in one piece in one step, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including moulding , grinding,rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab in skirting 18 to 22 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing & polishing over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:4) in two layer ,surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement with & including water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked )complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed on walls, including PVC clamps etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/exhaust fan point /exhaust fan/ bell /buzzer point controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/fixing switches etc., complete all as specified and directed. M & L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cables, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The depth of sand shall be measured after puning only.

M&L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed

M&L ,for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300x300mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing complete all as specified and directed.
