300 mm dia Single under reamed piles for foundations as per design including cost of drilling bore with augur and placing of reinforcement in positions and concreting with the RCC (1:1.5:3) prop with single under reamed bulb using 6 mm to 20 mm SS 5 HBG mechine crushed metal etc.Complete black cotton soils up to a depth of 2.10 mtrs including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour and all incidental and operational charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges etc.complete for finished item of work as directed by the department

Plinth Beam: VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (using 400kgs of cement)( 1:1.5:3) (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including Adjustable Jack screw Props and Acro span HIRE CHARGES FOR CENTERING & SCAFFOLDINGcost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, and excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete including HIRE CHARGES FOR CENTERING & SCAFFOLDING but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)

Providing thermo mechanically treated bars of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc. ,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.( APSS No.126)

Supply and fixing of Pre - stressed Precast compound wall using precast RCC columns of height 6'-0" above plinth beam, 1ft in plinth beam and 3ft into the pile with M - 25 grade of size 150mm ( 1 ) x150mm ( w ) along with grooves for inserting of RCC Planks provided with 7 Nos of 4mm high tensile carbonized pre stressed wire in the concrete columns and inserting pre cast RCC Planks of size 300mm (h), 50mm thick 7'-0" length for each span provided with 4Nos of 3.2mm high tensile carbonized pre stressed longitudinal wire in the each concrete planks making the steel as a mesh including errection of pre cast columns and etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and complete for finished item of work .

Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer in charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and applying Whiting Three coats with white cement paint of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding conveyance charges of materials.
