Day to day Maintenance of all internal and external electrical installation works ,common passage, Drive way within the premises of ABASAN Bilding, also regular operation and maintenance of 125 KVA D.G. set of ABASAN building, as per attached Terms & condition by deputing required number of Skilled and Semi Skilled Electrical worker for period of twelve months.( Rates are inclusive of EPF,EDLI,ESI , Bonus and Service Charges) (a) Semi Skilled worker - 1 No. head

Supply of 20W LED Batten. Make: Havells. Model: LED PRIDE ESSENTIAL, complete with all accessories.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (BrandapprovedbyEIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fishwire and making necy. connection as required (a) 3x 1.5 sq mm

(b) 2x 6 sq mm + 1x 4 sq mm

(c) 2x 2.5sq mm + 1x 1.5 sq mm

Distribution Wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. fittings etc. with S & F 6A 5 pin Modular type plug socket and switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on 4 Module GI / PVC switch board with 3/4 Module top cover plate on wall incl. necy. connection making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works [PVC casing-capping and plug box both on surface] (a)Average run 6 mtr
