Dismantling old plaster or painting, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 fine sand)

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Providing & fixing of 6 mm MS sheet in footbridge at intake well including necessary welding in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fixing hard drawn steel wire febrick 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 kg per sqm. to window frames/other frames etc. in/c. frame work of MS angle 40x40x6 mm size.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All works up to plinth level: 1:11/2:3 (1 Cement:11/2 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
