Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, Hard rock (blasting prohibited) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with stainless steel screws etc. complete : 75x47x1.80 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : (copper oxidized as per IS: 1378) 250x16 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : (copper oxidized as per IS: 1378), 150x10 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position plum concrete with hard stones bolders in Retaining wall etc. upto all heights and level,size and shape,etc with cement concrete with mix (1:2:4) 1 cement,2 coarse sand,4graded stone aggregrate 20mm nominal size using maximum 40% hard stone boulders in plum concrete as per direction and entire satifaction of Engineer-in-charge.(excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing on wall face 110 mm diameter unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, for weep hole in retaining wall and toe wall etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.
