Earth work in excavation of foundation and plinth in ordinary soil by manual means including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated soil clear of work site with all leads, lifts, delifts and dewatering including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetation's, shrubs, roots including laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, labour welfare cess but excluding GST etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess and excluding GST etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Plain Cement concrete in open foundation M-15 grade using 40 mm.down graded size crusher broken hard granite good quality metal from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deliterious materials of approved grading including supply of clean sharp sweet sand from approved quarry with Portland cement of ISI standard and grade as approved by the Deptt. Mixing with concrete mixer compacting with vibrator including all labour cost, carriage,royality,cess and excluding GST all other taxes of all required materials watering for curing and quality control test etc. to complete the item of work in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid & smooth centring, shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling the same after minimum 21 days of casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess but excluding GST etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
