Dismantling, shifting from existing location to new location, reinstalling, testing and commissioning pressure sand filter sectional wash type mult grade MS shell of welded construction through out, capable of accomodating a minimum flow rate of 2 x 11000Ltrs/hrs complete with lid flanged connection for inlet/ outlet with silica and media, gravel etc complete. The pressure filter should be painted internally with chloro rubber paint and externally with anti corosion zinc chromate primer, 2 numbers pressure guages, back wash water, bypass, air release valve, safety devices if any and arrangement for drawing sample of unfiltered an filtered water. The filter should have one clarity indicator with glass bowls to compare the clarity of incoming raw water and out going filter water be provided in front of each othe filters as and when required by the operator concerned to check the same. The filter shall have suitable under drain system and provided with and initial charge of filter media. Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, Static Silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 16 KW (20 KVA), Water Cooled, 415 Volts AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply, 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. (V) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002..

(VI) Foundation / Plinth / Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M

(VII) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set.

(VIII) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

Material and labour for Earthing in replacment for sub station eqpt complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth plate surrounded by alternative quantity of charcoal dust & salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all side upto 15 cm above & below the plate, excavation earth work, returning, filling in removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtr on side,as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point incl PCC pit in PCC 1:4:8 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 100 mm C /C with 12 mm dia lifting handle incl providing 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, funnel & wire mesh etc complte including testing on completion complete all as specified & directed at site.

Supply and laying burnt clay sub class 'B' bricks old size 23x11.5x7.5 cm for protection of cables laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjecent to each other complete all as specified and directed.
