1 Quadrennial GIS-Based Property Survey, Digital Mapping, Per Sq.Mt.

Geo-Tagging, AI/ML-Enabled GIS/MIS Implementation,

Annual Data Updation and Digital Property Assessment for

all residential and non- residential buildings within Petlad

Nagarpalika using the approved Mobile Survey Application

and Online GIS/MIS Dashboard. The work shall include

collection of occupier/owner details, measurement of

built-up area only, water connection details, drainage

connection details, self-declaration data wherever

applicable, data entry, GIS Property Assessment, Geo-

tagging, generation of unique GIS Property ID, QR Code

generation, supply and installation of Aluminium QR Code

Plate of size 115 mm × 75 mm × 0.50 mm thickness,

updating of municipal and e-Governance databases,

annual data updation, and all related GIS and Municipal

Survey Services complete.

2 Quadrennial GIS-Based Survey, Digital Mapping, Geo- Per Sq.Mt.

Tagging and Digital Assessment of Non-Agricultural

Open Plots and Open Land adjoining village sites or

situated within the limits of Petlad Nagarpalika, using the

approved Mobile Survey Application and Online GIS/MIS

Dashboard. The work shall include collection of

owner/occupier details, land measurement, water

connection details, drainage connection details, self-

declaration data wherever applicable, GIS Property

Assessment, geo-tagging, generation of a unique GIS

Property ID, QR Code generation, supply and installation

of an Aluminium QR Code Plate of size 115 mm × 75 mm

× 0.50 mm thickness, updating of municipal and e-

Governance databases, annual data updation, and all

related GIS and Municipal Survey Services, complete in

Tagging and Digital Assessment of Municipal Properties

owned by Petlad Nagarpalika, using the approved Mobile

Survey Application and Online GIS/MIS Dashboard. The

work shall include collection of municipal/tenant details,

measurement, water connection details, drainage

connection details, GIS Property Assessment, geo-

tagging, generation of a unique GIS Property ID, QR

Code generation, supply and installation of an Aluminium

QR Code Plate of size 115 mm × 75 mm × 0.50 mm

thickness, updating of municipal and e-Governance

databases, annual data updation, and all related GIS and

Municipal Survey Services, complete in all respects.

4 Quadrennial GIS-Based Survey and Digital Assessment of Per Form

EC & RC (Trade License / Business Tax) Information,

including field survey using the approved Mobile Survey

Application, collection of EC & RC details in the

prescribed format, verification, geo-tagging wherever

applicable, digital data entry, uploading and updating of

records in the municipal database and e-Governance

system, annual data updation, and submission of

complete digital records and all related Municipal Survey

Services, complete in all respects.

5 Replacement, Reinstallation and Updating of GIS Per No.

Property QR Code Plates for properties within Petlad

Nagarpalika, as and when directed by the Nagarpalika. The

work shall include generation of a new or revised QR

Code, updating of the GIS/MIS database wherever

required, supply and installation of a new Aluminium QR

Code Plate of size 115 mm × 75 mm × 0.50 mm thickness

in place of lost, damaged, defaced, removed, or

unreadable plates, or where replacement is required

due to property changes, ownership changes, or any

other reason as instructed by Petlad Nagarpalika,

complete in all respects.

Note:In the event that the Gujarat Urban Development Mission (GUDM), Gandhinagar develops or

prescribes any GIS-based version, platform, dashboard, database structure, standards, APIs, or

integration requirements under e-Nagar 2.0 or any subsequent municipal e-Governance system,

the selected agency shall, without any objection, modify, upgrade, migrate, integrate, and make

the GIS-based Dashboard, Mobile Application, Database, and all related deliverables fully

compatible with such requirements, as directed by Petlad Nagarpalika, during the contract
