PROVISION OF 200KVA DG BACKUP SUPPLY OF NCN SERVER ROOM, COMNETCEN (FTK) AND CMR COMPARTMENT AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labor for hard core of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filing and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter and fair finish surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips .etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M30 Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) for rafts, footing, foundation beams , plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slab, under reamed piles and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out. in soft/loose soil out all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) etc. as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) etc. as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe 290-W (Gde- E- 165) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of VX polymer based anti-corrosive paint over a coat of anti-corrosive primer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipe, wind ties, clamps, hold fasts, and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/column etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for PVC eaves gutters heavy duty and half rounded 200 mm dia etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel bolts propose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be filled with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30 cm long diameter of neck exc 12 mm but n. exc 20 mm, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying acrylic exterior paint of approved shade on new work, including preparation of the surface, one coat of exterior primer at the rate of 2.20kg/10sqm, followed by two or more coats of acrylic exterior paint applied at the rate of 1.67 litre/ 10 Sqm for each coat complete with all tools, scaffolding etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. Complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on exterior wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of static, silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set complying CPCB IV + norms capable of delivering 200.0 KVA/160.0 KW, 249 BHP,415 Volts (AC Three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. (iii) BASE PLATE: To make the system vibration free, engine and alternator are mounted on specially designed anti-vibration pads mounted on base frame, Engine and Alternator are mounted on a common made out of structural Mild steel fabricated base frame with AVM pads, skid mounted radiator, base frame with integral fuel tank and DEF tank is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet, connection and provision for cleaning as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

(v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The enclosure is of modular construction, durable industrial locking system is provided on doors, The Sheet metal fabricated components are type enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after 11 tanks pre-treated and is polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside ) for long life , process, the enclosure shall be specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure, in build draw in type fuel tank of suitable capacity ,The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire - retardant and noise absorbent foam/ rock wool so as to comply with the noise designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and , 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing, labelling as per ISO 8528 part 10 specified by ministry of Environment & Forest certification complete all as specified and as directed.

(vi) SILENCER :- Hospital grade silencer inside canopy with rain cap suitably optimized to meet stringent noise limit, CPCB IV + Norms for Noise, retrofit emission control device duly fitted by OEM , silencer specially tuned, optimized EATS ( Exhaust After Treatment System ) is provided to control exhaust noise & emission, specially designed sound attenuators are provided control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of weather and vermin proof Indoor type Panel box factory made, front & back openable double door type, CPRI approved, fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet compartmentalized design including mild steel channel frame of ISMC 75 at the base of panel only for grouted with PCC using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, duly epoxy powder coated, complete with heat shrink insulated aluminium bus bar of 800 Amps rating 4 Nos, including all connections with aluminium strips, Pillar box shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull & bone sign, PVC casketed and sealed, making all incoming and outgoing electrical cable connections with new lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries, including angle iron support 50x50x6 mm with 50 CM height from ground level at the base of panel complete all as specified and as directed. The panel shall be comprising of following accessories: (a) On load changeover, front operated type, 4 pole in open execution for fixing in panel board, 415 volt of capacity 400 Amps, of L&T or \ ABB/Schenider – 01 No. (b) Multi-function digital energy meter with RS 485 communication port with CTs (c) Phase Indicator lamp assy RYB - 01 Set. (d) MCCB 415 Volts, 250 Amp , rating 4 Pole, Thermal Magnetic Release (Service Breaking Capacity 25 KA) -02 No. Outgoing. (e) Spare compartment of MCCB for future -01 Nos

Material and labour for XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable having cross sectional area 240.0 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100-volt grade, Heavy grade conforming to IS :7098 (Part 1) laid in trenches/Ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc. complete all as specified and directed. with stranded aluminium conductor of size laid in trenches, ducts etc. all as specified and directed

Material and labour for XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable having cross sectional area 95.0 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100-volt grade, Heavy grade conforming to IS :7098 (Part 2) laid in trenches/Ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc. complete all as specified and directed. with stranded aluminium conductor of size laid in trenches, ducts etc. all as specified and as directed

Providing riddle earth in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 cm Spread thickness (8 cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the Cable), punned to 18 cm thick. Sand shall be obtained through digging at site at about 500 mtrs distance and transporting to site complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and laying GI tubing light grade including all accessories for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/floor or along poles or as street light poles or as street light mounting bracket with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles including necessary threading/drilling works all as specified and directed of sizes:-

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI strip of 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including necessary earth work and excavation , charcoal dust, common salt, PCC chamber, RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars 75mm C/C both ways, test point and watering pipe complete, including connecting to earthing test point or to DB / Panel complete as directed by Engr in charge and testing resistance etc. complete, complete all as specified and as directed.
