SCHEDULE 'A' PART XI (DG SET) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 KVA/ 24 KW,(The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant lSI standard), silent Diesel engine Generating Set, 415 volts, 3 phase, 0.8 Power factor, 50 Hz, 4 wire system as per IS 10001/10002 comprising of Koel or equivalent, developing 42 HP @ 1500 RPM, Liquid Cooled, electric start coupled to alternator as per IS 13364 mounted on a common base frame with standard control panel for automatic starting on main control panel having meters, sound proof canopy, integral fuel tank with battery and leads and accessories complete in all respect with CPCB approved acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Thiruchirapalli including required PCC foundation as per manufacturers instruction and confrrming to conditions under IS 10002-4722/1460 BS 5514/2613/ 5000 ISO 8526/3046 and complete all as specified in Item No 1 of SCHEDULE 'A' Part XI on Serial Page No 52 to 57 of tender documents.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply & Fix 20W (1X4') LED Stout plus surface & wall mounted LED fitting, environment friendly energy efficient with electronic driver complete with all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix 10W (1X2') LED basic all purpose surface and wall mounting LED baten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver Light fittings with all attachment & fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix 5 Watts LED lamp to be fixed on lamp holder complete all as specified. (Note: Lamp Holder shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and fix MCB DB SPN 8 way, having degree of protection as per IP 43 with metal door (double door) 415 Volts complete with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar with neutral link with provision for MCB SPN as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing and total number of modules equal to 2 + 6 with blanking plates etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install and testing High intensity, long range, weather & dust proof Security Search light with high polished stainless steel reflector - cum - body, toughened front glass fitted to the cast aluminium front ring kept in position by special headed captive bolts screwed down to the flange of the lower ring ( with incorporated steel inserts at threaded portions) recessed on theflange of the body, focussing arrangement and MS cradle with passivated bolts and stainless steel hardware. The search light fitting would be suitable for installing inside the watch tower cabin with arrangement for both vertical & horizontal operational control. The search light would be supplied with 230V 400W HPSV Lamp & its control gear in cast alluminium housing. The search light would be swiveling type & have both vertical & horizontal operational controls. The search light would be supplied with 1 metre tripod stand with castrol wheels for ease of movement inside the tower cabin complete all as specified and as directed. ROAD & PATH

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick of white, golden, yellow or black colour as required and confirming to BS 3262-1989 including reflectorising glass bead @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as per IRC:35(1997) and as per Clause 803 of MORTH specification with special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement up to 160°C, driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturers' instruction etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix road studs (cat eye) of size 132mm x 122mm x 12mm, made out of ABS Engineering plastic, dynamically designed having high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos. highly reflective reflectors on both sides, fixed with epoxy on bituminous /concrete surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed Make: 3M/ Dark Eye

COMPOUND WALL & GATE

Supply and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 610mm dia 10m openable length(total length 90m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with existing Y-shaped angle iron placed 2 or 3m apart, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary boils, all as specified and as directed. (Note: Angle sections shall be measured and paid seperately under Schedule 'A' Part VIII)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and Labour for construction of valve chamber 800x800x800 mm depth with PCC foundation in the ratio 1:4:8 , brick work with cement mortar in the ratio 1:6 using of class B bricks , PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm aggregate at the top , plastering 15 mm thick in the ratio 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 40x40x6mm locking arrangement complete with painting on steel surface with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, testing, installation and commissioning of AC single phase self priming monoblock motor pump set 50 HZ ,230 volts suction pipe size 50mm and delivery 40mm ,discharge capacity 50LPM and delivery head 20m including PVC insulated sheathed multi stranded copper cable three core 1.5 sq mm cable to pump motor including foundation for mounting of pump complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix DOL single phase starter for above pumpset of 230V, 50 Hz, relay range 1 - 10 A all mounted inside a suitable size sheet metal enclosure with IP 54 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, lay/ spread in trenches riddled sand for cushioning of cable to the full width of excavated trench, 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick above the cable, gently punned down after stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness will only be considered for payment.

Supply and Fix cable route indicator Oval shape 200x150x6mm cast iron fixed on 25x25x6mm angle iron including marking of HT/LT UG Cable duly painted and grouted in PCC

Material and labour for earthing using GI wire as earthing lead complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not les than 2.25meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron 4mm dia wire as earthing by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 and connected to earthing test point including excavation, earthwork, PCC pit, CI covers, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, GI Protecction pipe, etc., and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing using GI strip as earthing lead complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, normal with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to a galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm earth strip as earthing lead protected by GI Pipe light grade of 50 mm dia and connecting to main panel by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation, earthwork, PCC pit , CI covers, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting of Double swan neck type steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, type410, SP-22, 8.5 metres long, staying in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help of crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including drilling of holes to pole for clamps & hooks for running earth wire/ strip and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC, marking zebra crossings up to a height of 1.0m above the coping with black and yellow strips of synthetic enamel paint, three coats of white washing to the coping and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule'A' Part - X.
