Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.

All as per item No. 1.00 above but exc. 1.5 m and n. exc. 3 m deep.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for dry clean fine river sand as in sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand layer all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250x150mm x40 mm laid flat for cable protection abutting each other laid dry width wise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pedestal/coping including necessary weathering and form work etc. complete. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay in trenches/on wall/on pole/in duct /through protection pipe, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty LT cable, 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core size. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, stone patti/brick/PCC block cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but 95 sqmm 3.5 core size.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but 70 sqmm 3.5 core size.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but 25 sqmm 3.5 core size.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles of 9 metres long, type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug , bolt, nuts & screws as specified and painting internal surface with anti-corrosive paint and external surface painting up to 1.5 m height from base of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality black & yellow colour alternate strip 30 cm wide over a coat of red oxide primer and remaing portion with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work and concrete in foundation and pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply,fixing and testing high performance LED street light fittings/luminaries of 70 watt power consumption made out of die cast alluminum housing,with high power LEDs as light source and HF electronic driver IP 65 protection.Optical compartment shall be provided with heat resistant toughned glass,while control gearshall be provided with diecast aluminum cover for safety and ANSI standard rated LED with CCT of 6000 K and CRI of 50000 hrs incl multistage constant current constant voltage topology driver suitable to operate in input voltage range of 150 volts to 270 volts (nominal range-240V)with minimum 3 KV surge protection,Power factor greater then 0.95 and total harmnic distortion (THD) of less then 10% should be integral to the luminair complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 15.00:- (a) The LED lights shall have guarantee for 5 years from date of completion of contract, any defects noticed duirng this period shall have be rectified/parts replaced immediately, security amount of 10% of the cost of the item shall be retained with the Deptt till end of the guarantee period. (b) LED light manufacturer lab shall be accredited to NABL.

S&F PVC Junction box of size 40x30x19cm with hinged door including locking arrangment and MCB SP 6 Amp with necessary clamps, nut, bolt, washers etc of suitable size and including TPN aluminium bus bar mounted on insulators with suitable holes to provide incoming and outgoing LT cables and street light MCB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bracket for street light fitting made out of 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.20 m long bent to required shape as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32x3 mm flat iron including GI nuts, bolts and washer and painting of clamps and street light fitting bracket with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, 3 core multistranded, copper FRLS conductor 1100 volt grade, confirming to IS-694/2010 cable of size 1.5 sqmm for connecting from Junction box to street light fitting passing through conduit or steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised steel tubing, light grade, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings, of size 50 mm bore.

M&L for galvanised steel tubing, light grade, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings, of size 80 mm bore.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box CPRI approved (KIOSK) outdoor type platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having aluminium bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangement, front and back opening, using stainless steel hinges, bolts and nuts & washer etc. The panel is including platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm crushed stone aggregate 20cm in thick in foundation and of height 0.9 mtr above the nearest road level. The TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The feeder pillar box also consist of the following:

(a) MCCB 4 pole 16 kA 40 Amps with tinned copper link 01 No (Incommer) (b) MCB 4 pole 10 kA 32 Amp - 03 Nos (c) Phase indicator lamps(R-Y-B) -01 set of three (d) Supply and fixing automatic street light switch of rating 8 KW in three phase using nature sensor for automatic switching "ON/OFF" of steel lighting based on lux level of natural light along with 40 Amps Four pole contactor, MCB 40 Amps four pole with support terminals prewired with PVC insulated 25 sqmm multi strand copper wire enclosed/housed in pole wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, shock proof, termite proof & dust proof FR grade moulded compound Junction Box complete all as specifed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including earth lead of galvanized strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe up to 7.5m. NOTE: Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 m. GI strip beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

M&L for boring of hole under taxi road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning complete of manufacture of OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure) diesel Engine Driven generating set of capacity 30KVA capable of delivering 30 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. Engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure.The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet, return and inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Baroda (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derarting factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for easy of movement and 0.5 M height) anti vibration pads, including all features to complete with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following :-

(i) ENGINE (Prime Mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, type four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046 / BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 30 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Baroda, ( Taking all derating factor into consideration), Dry cell battery to be provided as per manufacturer recommendations, electric battery start, complete with flywheel all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil, temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables including Diesel for commisioning test by IEM etc

(ii) ALTERNATOR : Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 30 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” sailent pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

(iii) BASE PLATE :- Made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design / specifications.

(iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL :- Built in AMF panel as per manufacturer design.

(V) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :- Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002.

(VI) Foundation / Plinth / Base : Shall be provided as per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 0.5 M space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M.

(VII) Diesel storage tank of cap adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hrs operation of Gen Set.

(VIII) MISC : Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacture standard practices.

All as per item No. 25.00 to 25.08 above but DG set of capacity 40 KVA with alternator of 40 KVA capable of delivering 40 KVA.
