Routine AMC visit of 2 X 1000 KVA, 33 KV/ 0.415KV transformer input and output terminal box inspection, observation, testing, insulation painting, carbon cleaning by SRC, CTC then megger testing minimum 5000V and above. Testing the Buchholz relay functioning, LT 3 phase 4 wire bus trunking, conseverter tank, silica gel breather change if required.

Routine AMC visit of 33 KV 20A/100A VCB (vaccum circuit unit) (1 main incomer 100A and 2 outgoing 20A) draw out the breaker unit inspection, overhauling, observation, testing, carbon cleaning by CRC, CTC etc then insultation painting, megger testing minimum 5000V and above as required checking the fault and removing, checking the CT (current transformer) , PT (potential transformer) termianl and Ameter and Voltmeter

Routine AMC visit of HT control panel relay unit system which has various type protection relay i.e. IDMT (inverse definite minimum time), transformer differential relay which is the part of VCB breaker unit inspection, overhauling, observation, testing, insulation painting, megger testing minimum 5000V and above as required checking the fault and removing, checking the CT (current transformer) , PT (potential transformer) termianl and Ameter and Voltmeter and calibrate the same.

ATTENDING EMERGENCY BREAK DOWN OF POWER EQUIPMENT

Attending complaints within the 24 hour under the AMC visit IIP 33 KV substation/ power house and solve the issue regarding 33 KV 20A/100A VCB (vaccum circuit unit) draw out the breaker unit inspection, observation, overhauling, testing, insulation painting, megger testing minimum 5000V and above as required checking the fault and removing, checking the CT (current transformer) , PT (potential transformer) terminal, Ameter and Voltmeter and run the system.

Routine and breakedown visit for 500 KVA 33/0.415KV CSS (make ABB) (compact substation) checking, testing, faulting finding and fault removing of VCB, transformer and power factor controller panel which are in combined unit all to be done by only authorizied service engineer by ABB.

supplying and filling blue silica gel breather 2kg complete assembly including removing old connection testing etc as required.

Supply and making end termination for 33 KV aluminium cable outdoor type 120 sqmm three phase three wire system heat shrinke HT end termination kit (Raychem make)

Supply and making end termination for 33 KV aluminium cable outdoor type 400 sqmm three phase three wire system heat shrinke HT end termination kit (Raychem make)

De-hydration/ filtration of the oil of 2 X 01 MVA , transformer by using dehydration machine.

Supplying of modular surge protection unit having replacbleable plugin base and modules should be tested as per IEC 61643-11 standard and specified according to both T1 & T2 test classes. SPD should have status indicator and fault signaling contact for remote monitoring of status information. SPD should be TP+N type and N pole should be protected by encapsulated spark gap. SPD should be suitable for the impulse current limp at least 50KA (10/350 micro wave) per pole up-1.5KV Uc Vac

Servicing of L & T make ACB breaker 1600A 4 pole EDO / MDO checking and testing, make it operation with all major overhauling done by authorized service engineer of L & T only etc as required.

Supplying and fixing interlocking arrangment key and lock dicated for L & T ACB circuit breaker as site requirement.

Supplying and fixing 33KV/110V digital voltmeter in exsiting VCB control panels size of 144X144mm flus mounted AC operated suitable for 33 KV/110V PT (Potential transformer)

Supplying and fixing 0-20 Ampere range 0-20Amp digital ampere meter in exsiting VCB control panels suitable for 100/1A HT current transformer
