REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF INDOOR HIGH BAY LIGHTS, DBS MCBS AT CERTAIN TECHNICAL BUILDINGS AT NPOL, KOCHI

Comprehensive periodical servicing, repair, maint on monthly basis (minimum twice in a month) visiting the site of AGE R&D Kochi for smooth proper functioning of the building security lights / flood lights / High bay lights at any height of pole / walls/ any location including checking, dismantling, servicing, cleaning, removing dust or dirt and repairing of fittings by replacing defective parts for the trouble free efficient functioning including painting of GI bracket as required and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: LED Drivers, Surge protection device, FR PVC cable for connection, GI brackets etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) Minor parts like insulation tape, cotton waste, nuts, screw etc shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Supply & Fixing high efficiency round highbay in PDC housing suitable for industrial application LED luminaries light fitting 150W, energy saving with potted driver, 130 Lumens per Watt cool day light with IP 66 Protection at height upto 25 mtr Approx in Technical Area with the help of crane/scaffolding/Tower Ladder and Dismantling and taking down carefully unserviceable HPMV 250 watt light fitting, all as specified and directed. Make : Luker , or equivalent make of same specification of Havels/Panasonic/GM. Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of work with crane/scaffolding/Tower Ladder etc.

S&F Building security light fitting LED 36 W, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with acrylic cover as diffuser with IP66 protection and Impact resistance of IK07 with and including 0.5 sqmm flexible copper multistranded conductor cable including security light bracket made to suitable shape out of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade, 1.5 mtr length and fixed with MS Calmps of size 40x5 mm- 02 nos ,nuts, bolts and washers on wall complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply only GI Bracket for mounting of Street lights made out of 25mm-40 mm GI pipe medium grade 1.5 meters in length bend in shape as required including necessary MS flat iron clamps, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for recharging of earthing pits by filling of common salt in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity. (ii) Recharging shall be carry out at site on requirement basis as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with using galvanised steel earth plate 60 X 60 cm X 6 mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 25 X 4 mm galvanised iron strip as earth lead by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion necessary complete all as specified and as directed.
