PROVISION OF FENCING IN DOMESTIC AREA AT HQ SAC U UNDER GE AF TRIVANDRUM

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for roads to required slope gradient, camber etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) in foundations filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block (PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks (PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1), or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 in fdn filling and mass concrete in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) Ditto in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps/bases and formwork to sides as required on site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Anti Climb Fencing consisting of GI powder coated anti climb mesh of size 12mm x 80mm of 4.5mm thickness fixed with clamps and powder coated 40 x 6mm thick flat iron to MS vertical post (powder coated hollow rectangular) of size 75 x 40mm with suitable bolts, not less than 12mm dia to secure the fencing with GI anchor bolt inlcuding base plate 8mm thick of size 20x20 cm to be welded to vertical post in position complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Note: (i) The vertical post as mentioned above shall be placed at 2.5m c/c (ii)The fixing PCC shall be measured and paid seperately (iii) concertina coil shall be provided over shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F Galvanised steel punched type concretina coil 610mm dia (in stretched position) with no of circles 80 Nos of 200 clips with weight 7.50 to 8 Kg/Coil and recommended average coverage is 6 RM per coil, hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with help of dove tail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed wire at points wherever coil touches the bottom of barbed wire with help of hog rings (14 SWG), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for completeall as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping,plinth band ,bed block including rounded or chamfered angle as directed including necessary formwork etc all as directed specified.

M & L for Broken glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc.63mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete as in sub base type C2, 1:3:6 ( 40 mm gde stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
