Providing portable toilets and urinals on hire basis with necessary basic arrangements for Brahmotsavams of Sri PAT, Tiruchanoor for the year 2026

Hire charges for Providing portable closed toilet cabins (single user) (Indian/western) on hire basis including conveyance to site of work for fixing in position, giving necessary out let connections to the nearby manholes and maintaining necessary watch & ward and also removing the same after completion of the function duly restoring the site to good condition. The rate is inclusive of all taxes Excluding GST. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items /chapter applies.

Hire charges for Providing portable open Urinals (Four users/ Each unit) for hire charges including conveyance to site of work for fixing in position, giving necessary out let connections to the nearby manholes and maintaining necessary watch & ward and also removing the same after completion of the function duly restoring the site to good condition. The rate is inclusive of all taxes excluding GST. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Cleaning of septic tanks through sludge gulper (up to 4000 liters) including the conveyance of sludge gulper, operational charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for providing Plastic/Aluminium/Stainless steel water drums of storing capacity not less than 200 Ltrs including loading and unloading. *The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including all taxes, Transportation etc., complete . *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Note for above portable open Urinals/Toilets :- 1.Erection should be completed before one day in advance of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution . 2.The erection of Mobile toilets shall be study such that without shaking & imbalance, during peak floating hours. 3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage waste water. 4.The portable toilets provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, etc., 5 .The agency shall provide the electrical illumination without any extra cost. 6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at their cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc., 7.All the sharp projections in flooring shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries. 8.The portable toilets provided shall be leak proof. 9.The soak pits shall be levelled after completion of the function. 10.The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.
