Demolition of old brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Old serviceable brick obtained from demolition shall be reused. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. (iii) Contractor's quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) mixture etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as coping, kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & as directed

Material and labour for broken stone hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, pattern as approved, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old chain link fencing/wire mesh etc of any type and description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured), including dismantling of deterioted barbed wire fencing complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvaised fencing mesh size 50mm x 50mm and 4mm dia of wire etc, etc complete as all specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as dirceted

Supply and fixing of mild steel, rolled sections (channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in post or struts in fencing, ladder etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts and bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all specified and directed

Supply and fixing of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other head or screwed both end, each screw end to fitted with 3mm thick MS washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm long complete all directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previous untreated surfaces of steel and iron of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth not when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of brick/cement concrete open drains of any type and size exceeding and removing sludge up to 50mtr distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with "L"or "J" type hooks and washer as in roof, wall etc complete including taking down existing sheets any pattern in roof including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel framed work as in doors/ gates or other section with gusset lates,rails, braces, grills, pintal etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc. conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), including dismanteling existing mild steel work of any discription complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable wooden stairs/ ladder including hand rails, baluster, newal etc upto 4.0m length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of stair (frames) including stringers, treads, landing, baluster hand rails etc including cleats etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc. conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 x 450 mm x 7 to 8 mm thick) as in vertical surfaces such as pillar, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 finished rough surface to receive tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenchesnot exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,28,329.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 21(R) of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
