Demolotion concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails , straining bolts etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type wt not more than 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts Diameter of neck in 5 to 10 mm bolt exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm long (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed.

M &L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry complte all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Concertina coil fencing with required dia of 750mm, upto 2.10 mtr high wall with existing Y Shape angle iron placed 2 mtrs to 3.2 mtr apart and with 5+5 No ( Y Shape) barbed wire with and including necessary fixing GI stapple and GI Cps for securing coil to retained horeizontal complete all as specified and directed with following specification:- (i) Dia of coil (Unstreached)-750mm. (ii) Number of circles- 50 turn per coil (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack- 10.00 to 10.50 kgs (iv) Coverage per coil- 6 RM (v) Central core wire: made from 2.5mm+diahigh tensile wire galvanised as per IS:2629 Zinc coating 200 to 230 vsm. (vi) Thinkness of the tape punched Tape 0.5mtr+ Note:- Barbed wire measured and paid separtely.

S& F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straaining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any descreiption over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complte all as specified and directed.

All as per above but width or girth n exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for one coat of synthestic enamel paint (any tint/shape) including preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specifed and directed.

M &L for applying two coat of exterior weather proof 100% anti fungal acrylic smooth emulsion with slicon additives that offer anti alge high performances exterior wall finish with 4 years of performace warranty by manufacturer appplied by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of oprating single sprary gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in specified and accessores for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses , string courses , lacking courses , parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or charfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions (Rough finished surfaces of concrete, square rectangular of polygonal) complte all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of synthatic enamel paint on newly steel surfaces of any description over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer n exc 10 cm in width or girth when un connected with otherpainting or when painted in a different tint complete all as speciified and directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar hole) each not exc 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil and removing surplus soil returning filling and dammming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25 cm and to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggeregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Hand rails , half round of other steel secton or core for wooden hand -rail straght position drilled and counter/sunk for balusters running bars for doors balusters nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind tiles for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conformig to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Mild steel flat round or square tie bars for fencing fixed independently support for securing fencing wire/chain link fencing duly drilled hole and similar articles etc conforming to Fe 410 or Fe 310 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforeced plain translucent/any colour sheeting with fixing coach screw and washer on wall and roof complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatlig posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distubed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded lintal any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets embedded in concrete brick work, masonery at not exc 4 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.
