Cleaning & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbes,sapling and trees girth upto 300mm ,removal of stumps of trees cut earier and disposal of unsevicable materials and stacking of servicable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness outside the periphery of the area and complete the work in all espect as directed by EIC.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of existing cement concrete wearing coat including its disposal complete as per Technical specification without causing any determental effect to any part of the bridge structure and removal of dismentaled material with all lift and lead upto 1000 m including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge (5th revision)

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded granular sub base (GR-II) materials as per table -400-1-- as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royalty,loading & unloading of materials, cost of labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 / 0.40 cum capacity and placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement of M40 grade concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28/0.40cum capacity using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing compound as directed by EIC. complete in all respect.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th revision)

P.C.C M-30 grade in wearing coat including cost of surface / skin reinforcement as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of Section 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2702 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S angle of size 75mm x 75mm x 6mm and 6mm thick M.S plate in expansion joint with engraving 12mm dia HYSD bars including necessary welding and placing in proper position with painting two coat with anti-corrosive paint over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc.complete as per specification & direction of EIC.
