Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick hard core of broken stone guage exc 63mm but n exc 100mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 5mm thick) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @ 3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separtely.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645-1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: CICO No.1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF)

Materials and labour for three coats of white wash on ceilng including preaparation to ceiling surface complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to to new steel surface over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe410-W(Gde E 250 Qty-A) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (SDPC) corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing Topographical and contour survey around Runway and Taxi tracks which covers existing drainage system in side technical area of AF Stn Kumbhirgrm by TOTAL STATION SURVEY MACHINE with an accuracy of level upto 05mm, with contour interval of 200mm. Note- Consultant required to be submitted the following documents in Triplicate along with soft copy (a) Contour Map of Technical area with the contour interval at 200mm. (b) Topographical map of Technical area around runway.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/Fan controlled by one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing capping along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.(MAKE of cable: Polycab/FINOLEX/RR KABLE/MESCAB/ NICCO/ L&T)
