Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof including cement mortar bedding , PCC tiles,padding concrete if any, upto the RCC slab, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the V grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Fosrocs heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2 , coving all the 90 degree angles , slab/wall junctions with Conbextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing a levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, averaging 25 mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proof admixture @ 250 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering cement plaster with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing admixture complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Water proofing Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/sqm, providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm having softening point not less than 140°C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqcm, tearing strength of 180 N by torch application including min 10 cm side over lap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over membrane @ 1.2 kg/sqm and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 10 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC column, beam, flights, landing, railing and slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars including the rent of tools, scaffolding complete at any height and labour charges for dumping the debris within a radius of 100 meters complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and cost of painting brushes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd.) or Amandur ,(manufactured by GK technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each) , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars including the charges for cutting , bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) complete Including the cost of steel bars.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing of shear connectors of 8 mm dia inside 12 mm dia holes at 50 mm deep @ 500 mm C/C after cleaning the holes to remove the dust particles and fixing the shear connectors using Lokfix S ( Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) polyster resin anchor grout complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 15mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note-liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) .

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame). complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails . MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded palin colour PVC 'C" channel having a PVc sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVc sheets for top rail , lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M s frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVc sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement ,supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for BLDC BEE RATING 5 STAR ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, 220 - 240 volts, AC, 50 Hz and hanging with fan hook, down rod up to 02 feet and connecting up with provn of 3 core copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing exhaust fans any size/type and deposit the same to store for further disposal action complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Exhaust fan of 250 mm sweep made of PVC body complete with louver shutter voltage 230volts,50Hz,1200 RPM ,copper winding and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to ventilation fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base compelte all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).
