M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment on roofs in the following stages: (a) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.40 kg/Sqm over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified. (b) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (c) Third coat of APP (modified polymeric membrane) centre core of 100 microne HMHDPE outer film 20 microne both sides thickness 2.00mm having weight 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (d) Fourth coat of bondig material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702-1998 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and sprinkling coarse (sieved) sand over hot bitumenous surface to form keys to hold PCC. (e) Fifth and top most layer of surface finish which act as protective layer shall be of 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded agg of crushed stone pedding well compected with V-shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm depth filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) of proportion complete, size of PCC panel with grooves shall not be exceed 0.36 Sqm, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position, complete all as directed.

M&L for stone walling of Squred rubble Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specifed and as directed.
