Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Conveyance of waste materials such as debris, dismantling materials etc., with a lead of up to 5 kms from work site including loading unloading etc., complete as during execution of the work

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm (0.54 cum) and 20mm (0.27 cum) and 12mm (0.09 cum) nominal size Hard Broken Granite crushed metal from any source conforming to relevents ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) -Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant lsl standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc , complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mixusing of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480cu.m, 6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320cu.m, sand 0.400cu.m and cement 350Kg with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, for finished itemof work (APSS No. 402)

RCC M20 Design mix precast slabs 80 mm thick using 20 mm graded size HBG crushed metal

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Random Rubble masonry in Cement mortar (1:6) using granite stones from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standards including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, packing, neat finishing etc., complete as per specifications (excluding cost of bond stones )

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar (1:3) 20 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Plastering in Cement mortar (1:5) 20 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Painting two coats for external walls for new plastered surafe with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting single coats for external walls for old plastered surafe with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting Two coats for old plastered surfacewith Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades -Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter, approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Machine mixed and vibrated design mix concrete M30 for pavement works for durability consideration with necessary reinforcement using 0 425 cu.m of 19mm to 22mm HBG crushed metal 0 425 cu m of 12mm to 14mm IRC HBG crushed metal, 0.406 cu m of sand of any approved quarry and cement 415 Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.38 (158 lit/cu m of C C) well compacted including centering with steel or wooden frames, preferably steel frames in straight position casting, curing cost and conveyance ol all materials includrng centering charges, form work etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and binding wire fabrication charges etc., complete as directed during execution and neat finishing of top surface and also providing expansion joints, constructron joints wherever found necessary excluding cost of asphalt pad etc complete

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (slow setting - 2) on prepared surface of WMM/WBM Base including clearing of road surface, Watering, Cleaning of road surface by Mechanical broom, Air compressor (250 cfm) and spraying primer (Bitumen emulsion) at the rate of 0.70 to 1.0 Kg/Sqm by using Bitumen pressure distributor etc., as per Technical Specification No. 502,table 503 MORTH (V Revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution.

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam of specified compacted thickness using VG30 grade bitumen with Hot mix plant 100-120 TPH capacity using IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler(Quarry rubbish) conforming to Table 500-9 & 500-10, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a Mechanical paver finisher, to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled 8-10 tonne, vibratory 8-10 tonne and tandem 6-8 tonne rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per specification vide clause No.505 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution.

-do- with Grading-II 26.5mm (Nominal size) Layer thickness - 50 to 75mm with bitumen binder at 4.5% minumum by weight of total mix

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete of specified thickness by Hot mix plant 100-120 TPH capacity using bitumen of grade VG30, IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler(Quarry rubbish) conforming to Table 500-17 & Table 500-9, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled 8-10 tonne, vibratory 8-10 tonne and tandem 6-8 tonne rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Specification vide Clause No.507 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge during execution.

-do- with Grading-II 13.2mm (Nominal size) Layer thickness - 30 to 40mm with bitumen binder at 5.4% minumum by weight of total mix

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH. Note:1.A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2. Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.
