Design, manufacture and supply of 2 M.T. capacity x 12.25 meters span approx. x 6.0 meters lift approx. Single girder construction Hand operated overhead traveling crane incorporated with Indef brand triple spur gear Chain pulley block. All the three motions to the crane shall be manual and to be operated from floor by hand chain. The crane shall be designed for Class I duty indoor operation conforming to IS: 807, IS: 3177 and IS: 3832 as and where applicable. The crane structure shall be supplied duly painted with red lead primer prior to dispatch . Final painting, if required to be carried out by you at your end after installation. The crane shall be tested with 25% overload at our works as per IS: 807-2006. The Rate should be inclusive of Packing and forwarding charges & Freight / delivery charges

Design, manufacture and supply of full length sole plate fitted with 40 mm square rail and to be fixed on proposed full length concrete girder by suitable hilty bolts at regular interval .
