Supply & fixing of Galvanised High Mast lighting system of 16 mtrs with its accessories, Mast shaft shall be in two section, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part-3.It shall include accessories for high mast including head frame, 6mm stainless steel wire rope of 316 (7/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanised Lantern carriage symmetrical arrangement suitable for 8 nos Luminaries and its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation complete all as specified and as directed. The following item/acccessories will be provided by Manufacturer with supply and fixing the following accessories:- NOTES:- (i) All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate. (ii) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact (iii) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (iv) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (v) All T& P required at site for installation of high mast light shall be arranged by contractor

Ser Item No 1.00 (Contd....) Incoming (i) Supply of Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel and Hot dip Galvanised along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates complete - 01 Nos (ii) Supply of 200W LED Light pressure die cast aluminium housing and IP65 protection - 08 Nos. (iii) Supply of GLS type aviation obstruction light complete - 01 Nos. (iv) Supply of control panel housing suitable control circuit for the operation of the mast. It shall also consist of suitable control power for the power tool motor with timer/contactor facility complete - 01 Nos (v) Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site 10T/sqmtr 2.75 meter depth with all materials and labour complete - 01 Nos (vi) Provision of GI Pipe earthing for high mast with 2.5 mtr long 40mm dia GI Pipe including collection to high mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all material and Labour ( 2 nos. per mast required) complete - 01 Nos (vii) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plant, wiring of lumaninairies with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sqmm , MCB and all Labour complete - 01 Nos

Supply, Laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 x 3.5 core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs & glands at the termination ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 x 3.5 core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs & glands at the termination ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth in foundation of pole/ laying of under ground cable and including getting out of any type of soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for burnt bricks sub class 'B laid flat in trenches over sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand covering /cushioning for under ground cable protection in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified and as directed Note:-Punned thickness to be measured for payment.

M&L for laying HDPE Pipe of size 75mm dia laid in trenches, road crossings pole/wall etc. for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal Boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 80 mm bore (dia), under road / foot path, not exc. 10.00 metre in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT panel, outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 0.75mx 0.75 mx 0.30 m deep having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm thick and 04 Nos legs 0.5 meter length with cable entry and exit circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and comprising of the following accessories complete including following accessories and the plateform shall be of 450 mm height above ground level all as specified with supply and fixing the following accessories:-

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 25X4 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with Cast iron plate with PCC of size 42cm x42 cm and 10cm thick with 8mm rod rounded in shape for lifting of cover, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed .( GI strip upto 7.5m consider in this item).
