Excavation in foundation,trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blassting hard of soft rock by chiselling such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like I/c attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like;

Providing and Laying cement concrete work 1:1/12:3(1cement:1/12 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

Walls any thickness (but not less then 0.10 m thickness) including attached pillasters, plinth and string courses etc. top of foundation upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Steel Work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of re lead paint.( In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Rough dressing trenched ground including breaking clods.

Fine dressing the trenched ground.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 100 metres on head load and 1 km. By mechanical transport (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 100 metres by head load and 1 km. By mechanical transport (Sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment Spreading sludge dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid seperately).

Grassing with 'Doob' grass in rows 5 cm. Apart in either direction including watering and maintenance of the Lawn for 30 days or more till the grass from a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed (the cost for Doob grass shall be paid seperately).

Supplying and planting of potted plants at site including carriage within all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of Signage Boards with flex printing of Tubular Section frame of required and shapes including righting of water conservation slogans complete with all accessories at site including carriage within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying stone pitching on side slope of guide banks, embankments and protection work.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete inter locking paver block in footpath, parks,lawns,driveways bricks Virgocompacted upto M-50 Grade i/c border or Curb block grey or coloured over sub base of converter with 25 mm thic average thickness of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of block i/c curing rubbing polishing complete.

60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern
