MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT PHASE 1, WORKSHOP, HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND TOWNSHIP, FACT-CD.

Fabrication/Erection of CS / SS Pipe Lines in Phase 1 area and Town ship pump houses. The Work involves:- Collection and transportation of materials from stores, fabrication of pipes, fittings etc. of various sizes (15NB-300NB) for replacement of existing lines/erection of new lines/ re-routing of lines with proper supports and necessary fittings to suit site condition. Service the line with out any leakage. Replacement of fire hydrant posts – both single and double if necessary as per instructions. Newly fabricated/erected items shall be painted with two coats of Zinc chromate yellow primer and two coats of synthetic enamel of approved make/quality. Site cleaning and transporting the scrap materials to scrap yard.

Miscellaneous Structural works of Phase 1 and Town ship area & Barge unloader . Transportation of materials from stores, Fabrication of structural supports, Pipe supports, Platforms, Walkways, Hand rails, Cat ladders etc., for various requirements in phase 1area, Township pump houses & Barge Unloader. Arranging scaffolding if any required and erection of newly fabricated structural as per the instruction of the Engineer in charge.Newly fabricated/erected items shall be painted with 2 (two) coats of Zinc chromate yellow primer and 2 (two) coats of synthetic enamel of approved make/quality.Site cleaning and transporting the scrap materials to scrap yard.

Cutting & Removal of unwanted /old pipe lines/structural to scrap yard. The work involves: Cut and remove unwanted pipe lines and Structural supports of various sizes at various elevations at township pump houses & Phase 1 area. Transporting damaged/unwanted structures & pipelines to scrap yard after weighing at weigh Bridge.

Leak rectification of 800 NB raw water line. Work involves collection and transportation of suitable material from CD-stores. Necessary site arrangements shall be done wherever required. Fabrication,/bending, shaping of plates to suit the requirement, identify the leaks, cleaning the area to be repaired, grinding and cleaning the scales. Setting suitable plates and weldproperlyto arrest the leak as per the instruction of officer in charge to suit the site conditions. Wrapping of underground patched area of the pipe line with suitable wrapping material is also to be done. Removal of scrap materials and cleaning the site.
