Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and usheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable in and including rigid PVC casing caping on surface /PVC surface conduit with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes of adequate size with 3mm thickness plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire (green colour)connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following Note: - (a) Unit rate quoted includes for cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to wall, floors etc. (b) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for fan etc with proper fixing clips all as directed.

(c) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on the independent board.

(d) one 3 Pin socket out let 5 Amps on the same board.

(e) One bell point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No.2.00 here in before but with cable of size 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated on independent board for power plug 15 Amps.

All as per item No 13.00 here in before , but with cable of size 6.0 Sq mm including 6.0 Sqmm FRLS unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as on earth wire complete. Note :- Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuity cable including PVC casing - capping/ conduit and its accessories will be measured and paid as one unit.
