M&L Preparing new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B’ bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

BOQ ( Sch A ) Internal Electric works Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. as per existing finishes by plastering, repairs and white / colour wash etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including PVC casing/capping and accessories inclding sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings, fan regulators and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, roof etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified & directed. Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn in to and including Rigid non metallic PVC conduit ( ISI marked) Heavy grade, 20 mm dia (external) inclusive of junction/terminal boxes, all fittings and accessories fixed concealed with and including 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB including cutting and chasing and making good surface as original by plastering and whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc including taking down existing old sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1 The cost of earth wire is included in the quoted rates. 2. Two run of 4 sqmm, one run of 4.00 sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit ie one running metre”

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross section area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts with and incl making good the disturbed surface of road with using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean dry sand cushning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable and after punned down, the thickness of sand should be 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickess of sand shall be considered for measurement & payment.

Supply and fix unreinforced PCC cable cover class LV type I of size 0.25x0.15x0.40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel tube," medium grade" galvanised 50 mm bore with and including all GI fittings for protection of UG cable under road/culvert and fixing on wall with saddle, screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for panel box (CPRI approved) Floor mounting / fixing on wall (as per site requirement) , double door type with die cast type made all of 18 guage CRCA sheet of suitable size for fixing of KWH meters MCCB, MCB, Bus bars etc as per IE rules comprising of following and necessary wiring for MCBs, meters- 05 Nos. with Locking arrangements and optical glass over the electronic meter complete all as specified and directed:- (a) S&F MCCB 100 Amps 415 volt, TPN, 25 KA - 01 No (incoming) (b) S&F MCB SPN 63 Amps - 5 Nos (outgoing) (c) Space and mounting brackets for fixing of 5 Nos single phase KWH meters.
