PART - A CIVIL WORKS Supply and cartage, laying and jointing of following sizes of MSERW pipes YSt 210 grade pipe conforming to latest BIS code lowering into trenches, jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of electrodes suitable for jointing of water supply lines by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, testing of pipeline including supply of all material and labour T&P etc. complete.

Supply and cartage, laying and jointing of following sizes of GI pipe conforming to latest BIS code with specials, fitting, lowering into trenches, laid to true alignment & gradient, cutting,threading and testing of pipeline including supply of all material and labour T&P etc. complete.

20 mm GI (Medium) Pipe

Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Excavation in decomposed, weathered or soft rocks for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Painting of MSERW Pipes with two coats black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 mtr including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil for site development of sites for CWR.

Supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. and construction of R.C.C. Clear Water Reservoir of following Capacity as per type design and drawing including fixing of pipes and fittings

30 KL Capacity

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of valves including carting the same upto site of work and fixing the same in water supply lines including cost of valves, specials, labour and T&P complete in all respect. GM Wheel / Gate valves (Class I) as per IS 788/1971

20 mm dia

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm dia. Cast steel Sluice/ Scour Valve, W.P. 50 Kg/cm2 including cost of valves, specials, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Construction of stone masonry chamber 60x60x60 cm, inside in 1:4 cement & sand mortar with MS MH cover on top the chamber with proper locking arrangement for Wheel Valve chamber .

Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) including all T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work

Provide 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 with cement and sand including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, roping etc. And removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. Work Using Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bars including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Dismantling of cement concrete road pavement for laying different sizes of pipes, stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of waste materials upto a distance of 50 m including supplyof materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Design and construction of Pump house of size 7.0m x 6.0m x 5.0m in RCC framed structure and brick masonary wall with RCC roof excluding electrification works as per approved design and drawings including all materials, labour, T& P etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level,1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry laid dry with hard stone in in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar with hard stone in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete.
