S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls builts in lime mortar for inserting holdfast and making good dismantaled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cemet concrete of any description roofs,floors(other than ground floors) beams, staircases, landings, chajjas and simillar suspended work including (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slab laid, bedded and pointed in any type of mortar of any description and thickness all as specified.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite slab (table rubbed and polished) thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone on shelves/ cooking plateform laid over screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps,cooking platform, and other similar situations.

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) sliding type three track (02 glazed shutters and 01 gauzed shutter) window with sliding shutter and frame with and including aluminium grill, 5 mm thick tinted glass and mosquito proofing net as detailed below complete all as specified and directed: - (i) Frame section 91.85 X 31.75 X 1.30 mm, section No. 8758 for top and sides rails and 91.85 X 31.75 X 1.20 mm for bottom rail, section No. 8687. (ii) Shutter for top, bottom and side rails 40 X 18 X 1.50 mm, section No. 8820. (iii) Glass 5 mm thick one side reflective glass and other side visible fixed with rubber gasket and aluminium clips bearing section No. 4407 and necessary handles, tower bolt etc. as directed. (iv) Stainless steel wire cloth (v) Filling of gap between wall and aluminium frame with silicon putty to make it proper water tight. (vi) Locking arrangement and providing Namda rope to make the frames air tight.

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as handles, SS friction hinges etc. complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: Panel inserts like glass & gauge shall be measured & paid separately]

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) door shutters, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodized aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: 1. Weight of builders hardware & rubber beading shall not be considered for payment, however rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. 2. Panel inserts like glass, pre-laminated particle board & gauge shall be measured & paid separately]

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portion) with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket, cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/penelling CP brass/stainless steel screws all complete all as specified.

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) grill of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodized aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for 5.50 mm thick sheet glass (tinted/reflective type) in square each pane all as specified.

S&F for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle boards, grade 2 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decortive face veneer on both faces fixed as per specification all as specified.
