Taking down existing LT panel by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables, earthing connection, dismantling PCC and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of concrete/steel poles/ struts, any size along with cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete, insulator any type/size depositing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but the panel shall be comprising and including the following :- Incoming (a) ACB,630 Amp 50 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-01 No. Out going (a) MCCB,250 Amp 35 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-03 Nos. (b) MCCB,200 Amp 35 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-03 Nos. (c) MCCB,160 Amp 25 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-02 Nos. (d) MCCB,100 Amp 25 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-02 Nos.

All as per item No. 3 above but the panel shall be comprising and including the following:- Incoming (a) ACB,630 Amp 50 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-01 Nos. Out going (a) MCCB,250 Amp 35 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-01 Nos. (b) MCCB,160 Amp 25 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-04 Nos.

All as per item No. 3 above but the panel shall be comprising and including the following:- Incoming (a) ACB,630 Amp 50 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-01 Nos. Outgoing (a) MCCB,600 Amp 50 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-01 Nos. (b) MCCB,400 Amp 50 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-01 Nos. (c) MCCB,250 Amp 35 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-03 Nos. (d) MCCB,125 Amp 35 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-02 Nos.

All as per item No. 8 above but the panel shall be comprising and including the following:- Incoming (a) MCCB,400 Amp 50 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-01 Nos. Outgoing (a) MCCB,250 Amp 35 KA,4 pole with adjustable thermal magnet release setting-04 Nos.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 meter wide and n.exc 1.5 meter in depth and getting out for taking up/laying under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks of size 23cm x 11.5cm x 7.5cm (+/-10% tolerance) for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Removal of surplus soil shall be deemed to be include in the unit Rate. (b) GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

M&L for 50 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 80 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power UG cables, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 400 sqmm 3.5 core with and including all fixing & connecting accessories such as alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc and taking out old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 18 above but cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core and taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 18 above but cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core and taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 18 above but cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core and taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination joints complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 120sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination joints complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 400sqmm, indoor/outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work in soft / loose soil, P.C.C 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, 50mm thick R.C.C. 1:2;4 type B-1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 10cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, charcoal and testing on complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate as per colour code followed in Station. (b) If the desired earth resistance is not achieve during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible.

M&L for errection of cable route/cable path indicator for 1100 volts, made out of steel/CI 100mm dia, 5mm thick fixed to 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron, 40 CM long by means of bolts, nuts, washers etc or welded embedded in PCC block type C2 ( using 40 mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting the existing LT Panel complete by removing existing oil paint by scrapping and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
