Providing suitable Raw water submersible raw water KRTU Pump set capable of Handling 5000 PPM turvidity of KSB makes single end open impeller raw water handling conforming to (Latest) BIS -code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloi for handling raw water as per IS-5669-1970 having oil/grease packed bearing and stain less shaft wound stator of motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft. The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible squirrel cage motor shaft conforming to BIS-9238-1979 with uptodate ammendements of 1450 (N) RPM, totally dust and weather proof with detachable pump casing for double mehanical seal grease, oil, lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loadswith minimum wear and tear it should be fitted with device to take up expanion of water on heating of motor nd suitable for operation on 415+10% Volts, 3 Phase, 50 C/S AC Supply. The power of motor should be atleast maximum 10% in excess of power required by the pump in complete operting range with mounting stand/duck foot bend, steel gide wire with mounting hook, lowering chain and standard accessories as per supplied by the manufacturers complete and suitable for ful-fillings the following requirements.

Providing Cast Iron double flanged sulice valve of Kirlosker/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEL/Leader make of size 150mm suitable as per offered pump and class PN- 1.0 having one size higher to delivery size of pump and capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 10.20 kg/Cm2. (as per IS -780-1984)(P_!) Note The CI. Sluice valve shall conform to IS 780-1984( latest edition) However if the seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed in BIS 780-1984 then it shall be of cast steel conforming to class -150ASA (seat pressure 21 Kgs/cm 2 or class 300 ASA (seat pressure 52 kg /cm3 as per BS -1414 (API -600)

Supply of Kirlosker/Kartar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEL/Leader make CI. double flanged swing check type reflux valve having by pass arrangement suitable one size higher to delivery size of pump( Size 300 mm dia & class PN-1.0 ) and shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure of 10.20 Kg /Cm^2 ) ( sa per IS - 5312-1984 .

Providing and laying of suitable size copper PVC insulated armoured power 3.5 core cable .confirming to BIS 1554 (Part-I) 1988 of latest with up to date amendements of siemen / Gloster /ICC finollex make from meter of HPSEB-to-MCB / & from OCB to Busbar switch and starter (one cable carrying all three phases ) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles ,flexible pipe solder ,nuts and bolts ,cable glands etc. laid in pipes of trenches under floor . The type size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB autherities . In case of non -acceptance by HPSEB autherities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of coat. a ) Supply side of size 16 mm² square.

Supply & Errection of floor / wall mounted power factor shunt capacitor conforming to BIS : 2834-1986 latest with upto date amendements L & T / BHEL/ GEC/ Machneil /Mager / Bajaj make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of required KVAR according to HP of motor offered including cable siemens/Gloste/ICC make form busbar chamber to capacitor and also including L&T/LK/Kilburn make ICTP Switches conforming to BIS-4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses .

Supply of standard make circular dial pressure gauge of suitbale rangs of Feibeg / Bourden / Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock copper tubing etc. Conforming to BIS: 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendements.

Erection of all equipment from Sr. No. 1 to 4 and 6 including earthing cost of tees, bends , tapers and any other fitting required as per site conditions and as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.
