Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all kinds of soil with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundations and trenches including pipes and pits in all depths etc. in all lifts and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into ,sides of foundations and trenches etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 sand: 10 graded stone agg. 40 mm size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ Breast walls, the size plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification and all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- In Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level. and all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies, height of propping and cent ring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling behind the retaining walls in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinfircement in RCC work i/c bending and placing in position complete up to floor two level in and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying in trenches GMS/MS Tubes (Light/Medum class), Tube fittings of complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing CI sluice valve 100mm dia of Keader/ Kirloskar Kartar make (PN-1) with hand wheel as per IS:14846 class-II complete with nuts bolts, gasket welding complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition below G.L upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials with in 20 mtr lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating from R.C.C /R.B work. (RCC work).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing paneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished blabk eanemelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lift complete in all respest.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.m and under and 10 to 15 mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 mtrs with cement mortor 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS round or square 16mm size bars at required spacings in wooden frames of window and clearstory windows

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge specification 85G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 2nd class deodar wood 30mm thick including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.ist class deodar wood and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frames with 10 millimeters dia of bolts nuts and wooden plug and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15, 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand: 6 graded stone) agg. 20mm. Nominal size in all respect with all leads and lifts

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coat to give and even shade including thorughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortor and other foreign matter in all respect with all leads and lifts

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove oil,dirt, dust,motor and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting etc. with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect

Providing 50mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS sliding door bolts anodised colour and shade with nuts and screws complete in all respect ( 250x16mm).

Providing and fixing MS tower bolts barrel ( Barrel type) anodised transparent or died to required shade with necessary screw complete in all respect (150x10)

Providing and fixing MS handles anodised,transparent or died to required shade with necessary screws etc. complete 100mm

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming cost) on new wood based surface with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick unconsolidated bed dry bricks/stone aggregate 0mm nominal size wall rammed and consolidated and grouted with five sand including preparation of groundin cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
