Supply. Installation testing & Commissioning of Customized 05 Passenger (G+3) MRL lifts at Transit Accommodation Wandhama Ganderbal. (Excluding all the civil works). The lift shall be suitable for 05 passengers, of standard design having speed of 1.0m/s serving from ground to 3rd floor le. 04 stops and 04 landings. The elevator shall be of state of art technology: energy efficient drive and all its components/accessories shall conform to relevant IS standards. The Defect Liability Period (DLP) of the equipment shall be 01-year post commissioning of lifts. Machine Gearless machine located in the shaft on the top of guiderails. Power Supply-400/415 V (3 Phase AC) Car Group- simplex Full Collective Control. Drive system- as per OEM. Traction Media To be provided by firm. Available Shaft dimensions-1460 mm (W) x1828 mm (D). Available Overhead-5200 mm. Available Pit depth-2100 mm. Requisite Pit Depth after filling and waterproofing: 1500 mm Landing door-2 panel automatic side opening door in stainless steel hairline. Car Finish stainless steel in hairline finish. Car door and landing door finish stainless steel in hairline. Handrail-round handrail in stainless steel finish provided on rear wall of car. Alarm button in car operating panel. Automatic operation for car fan. Anti-nuisance (car call Protection). Providing/ Laying integral cement-based waterproofing (inject type) treatment including preparation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS:2645. After proper curing apply second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar mix 1:4. Scope of work also includes de-watering of the lift pit by mechanical means and maintaining the requisite pit depth of 1500 mm by way of filling the extra pit
SITC of 10 KVA servo- Stabilizer including all allied electrical accessories. The stabilizer should have following specification a) Capacity: 10 KVA b) Supply: 3 phase, 4 wires, 50Hz with input voltage of 170-460 Volts Phase to Phase and output voltage of 415 Volts phase to phase c) Operation: Automatic d) Duty cycle: Continuous e) Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications f) Cooling: Oil cooled g) Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load h) Suitable Overload capacity i) Waveform distortions. Providing/Fitting of 3.5 core, 35 sq.mm armoured Al, XLPE Insulated cable for connecting power source to Servo stabilizer to 3-phase 4 pole 63 Amp Change Over panel duly thimbled and PVC tapped ends in different shades using Crimping tool along with conduits / cable trays & clamps wherever required conforming to IS: 7098

Providing /Fitting of 63 amp Change Over panel comprising copper Bus bar, MCCB (63 amp), on load changeover switches, for DG and main Supply in a CRC Panel duly powder coated.
Earthing: Providing and Laying of Copper (cu) strips and cu plate for proper earthing of all Electro-mechanical components carrying main current, including but not limited to the motor and electric panel. Use of bolts or screws and cu strips to establish grounding connections on each component. The job includes earth work by using labour for making a pit of suitable size for proper earthing and after that laying copper plate of minimum size 60cm width, 60 cm height and 3.15mm thickness and filling the pit with chemicals (chemical earthing). The earthing cu strip must have cross section not less than 24 mm^2. The job further includes laying of perforated conduit pipe from ground up to cu plate having funnel at top as per actual requirement at site & as per IS 3043 (1987)
