Material and labour for repair of structurally distressed RCC members including scaffolding for suitable working platform as in column, beams, chajjas and roof projections in following stages : - (i) Removing all disintegrated and loose concrete upto 50mm thickness and cleaning the rust from exposed reinforcement, removing rusted scales by chipping and cleaning by wire brushes with minimum clear air gap of 20mm all around the reinforced steel. (ii) Treating the exposed reinforced steel with rust removal chemical followed by epoxy zinc rich primer. (iii) Treating the exposed old RCC surface with epoxy bonding agent for bonding between old/new concrete surface. (iv) Replacement of old steel reinforcemnt whose dia remains less than 50% due to rust with new steel coated with epoxy zinc rich primer in same position binding with black wire/ welding. (v) Material and labour for providing polymer modified reinstatement mortar of thickness up to 50 mm in layers not exe 25mm thick over vertical or overhead surface of RCC members complete as per manufacturer's instruction. (vi) Curing the reinstated surface with water for minimum 7 days. Make of rust removal chemical/Epoxy zinc rich primer/ Epoxy bonding agent/ polymer modified reinstatement mortar - Fosroc/ Sika Note:- Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work , or concrete surfaces of wall, parapet wall ,chajja and like ,finished fair & even and mixing with water proofing compound @ 1% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions up to height of building 10.0 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling with white or tinted including preparation of new plastered/ old plastered surfaces complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bond distemper white or tinted on new plastered/old plastered wall surfaces including prepration of surfaces complete all as specifeid and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall/chajjas/ceiling/beam /balconies projection etc by wire brushes & washing rubbing down (Preparation of old surface shall include brooming or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots.) complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment ) over one coat of exterior primer on newely plastered/old plastered/ unplastered surfaces up to height 10.0 mtr of building complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed. Make - APEX of ASIAN PAINTs or equivalent in BERGER/J&N/NEROLAC The treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the firm.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint on newely plastered/old plastered/ unplastered surfaces of wall including prepration of surfaces complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth including prepraion of new steel surfacing with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides and soffits of roof beam, chajja’s, lintels balconies, facias,kitchen platform & similar items including support with rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified .and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in kitchen plartform ,shelve,chajja’s, lintels, balconies, facias and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia quality confirming to Fe-410-S, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime concrete / lean concrete /Brick bats etc. from sunken slab portion exc. 15mm thick but above ground floors, complete all as specified and directed including removal of demolished material from MD land where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L lean concrete type E-2 (1:5:10) using 40mm grade aggregate as in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing tratment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/2003 by adding: (a) 15mm thick plaster (1:4) cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement on floor and wall , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allwed to dry. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe as in spouts /short length including holes in embedded sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L first quality, joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 400mm x 400mm x 7 to 8 mm thick, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified and directed

M&L for First Quality, Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 6mm to 7mm thick, in vertical surface such in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles complete & rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 18-20mm mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like fixed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding, moulding of edges and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20mm mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut pre polished Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick (single slab) laid in step/ floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in grey cement slurry to match the shade of slab ,cutting groves in stone ,making nosing at edge and chipping of floor surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut pre polished kota stone slab 18-20mm thick (single slab) in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square including pointing in grey cement slurry to match the shade of slab,chipping of wall surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under paver floor/interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

S&F for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of PVC tank of capacity 500 Ltrs & upto 1000 Ltrs for cleaning including setting aside temporarily and refixing later in same position for water supply to enable water proofing treatment of roof slab beneath the tank in following laid down process all as specified and directed :- a) Dewatering & removing all settled silt, scale & dust from inside of tanks using coconut brush manually and applying bleaching powder and allowed to rest for 1 hour. b) Cleaning & rinsing the tank using fresh water to wash out complete and allowed to dry for 30 mins. c) Writing letters of 7 cm height using synthetic enamel paint (white colour) to mention date of cleaning incl rubbing out old letters written over the tank d) Refixing the tank in same position or raised/lower height after cleaning or water proofing treatment (as may necessary) complete all as directed by engr-in-charge. Note : - Alternative arrangement for providing water supply to the Qtr shall be provided by the contractor by relocating the serviceable tank until the waterproofing treatment is completed and the quoted rates shall be deemed included for the same.

The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003(Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (factory made shutters) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 2nd class hardwood glazed & skeleton shutters, 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive wire cloth, glass, gauze etc. with sash bars( not more than 350 mm center to center ), divided of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and metred beads off securing glass, gauze etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified.
