REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF DBS, SERVICES CONNECTION EARTHING ETC IN THE AOR OF AGE E/M-I UNDER GE (ARMY) NO 2 JODHPUR AS PER CPP SER NO 31

M&L for load balancing of Three phase DB of building of any type/size and capacity complete including dis-connecting of existing cables/wires and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium /Copper Thimbles and wire connector of any size and capacity for each wire/cables all as per required on ground complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Necessary equipment and safety measures reqd for load balancing will be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium/Copper thimbles, connector for wire, earth and neutral link, insulator, any type of screws, copper/aluminium bus bar of any size as per site requirement change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate by contractor. (iii) MCCB/MCB required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately in relevant item.

M&L for load balancing of Single phase DB of qtr/bldg of any type/size and capacity complete including disconnecting of existing cables and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium /Copper Thimbles and wire connector of any size and capacity for each wire/cables all as per required on ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety measures reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium / Copper thimbles, connector for wire, earth and neutral link, insulator, any type of screws, copper/aluminium bus bar of any size as per site reqmt change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) MCB required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately in relevant item.

Repair/servicing of indoor type LT panel board mounted on bldg wall of size aprox 1.2X0.90X0.25 mtrs and replacement of unserviceable switch/control gears and 2 way connector,indicator lamps, threaded panel door lock etc including rewiring and extension of incoming and out going cables by opening of loops/making joints with same size cable and provisioning of cable lugs /thimbles as reqd including replacement of rusted sheet metal with existing size MS sheets by necessary arc/gas welding / making cover as per suitable (Approx sheet 0.2 to 0.7 Sqmtrs ) and removing all dirt, dust etc with the help of air blower and load balancing of three phase panel complete & painting complete Panel board including connected accessories with two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting out side surfaces of Panel Board of approved colour including writing of identification etc all as specified and directed comprising the following :- (a) MCCB 100/125A -01 Nos (b) Indicator Lamp .-01 set (c) Coper/aluminium bus bar -01 set (d) 1 phase Energy Meter- 07 Nos (e) MCB SPN/SP - 08 Nos (f) door lock (g) Arclic PVC sheet for Energy meter -07 Nos Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety measures, stationary reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium/Copper thimbles, earth and neutral link, insulator, hylem sheet, any type of screws,door locks any type as per site reqmt change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) MCCB, MCB,copper / aluminium bus bar, indicator lamp, PVC arclic sheet required for relacement shall be measured and paid serately in relevent item.

Repair of indoor type LT pannel board mounted on bldg wall of size aprox 2.0X0.80X0.220 mtrs and replacement of unserviceable switch/control gears and meters,selector switches,indicator lamps, Key type panel door lock etc including replacement of any damage wiring and extension of incomming and outgoing cables by opening of loops/making joints with same size cable and provisioning of cable lugs /thimbles as reqd including removing all dirt, dust, etc all as specified and directed compriseing the following :- (a) MCCB 100 A -01 Nos. (b) Indicator Lamp -01 set (c) Aluminium bus bar -01 set (d) Single/Three phase Energy Meter- 05 to 7 Nos (e) MCB SPN/SP -05 to 7 Nos (f) Key type door lock - 8 to 12 Nos (g) Arclic PVC sheet for Energy meter -06 to 08 Nos. Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety measures reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium/Copper thimbles, earth and neutral link, insulator, hylem sheet, any type of screws,door locks any type as per site reqmt change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Dismantling and taking down old Unsv existing panel board incl disconnecting of main feeder, sub feeders, bus bars, energy meters & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply, installation and testing of LT Panel in replacement, factory made powder coated wall mounting panel One side opening door with proper locking arrangement of suitable size (minimum 1200x900x250mm) of minimum 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, 04 Nos Copper bus bar (3 Phase and 01 neutral) of 250 Amp each with complete internal wiring, totally enclosed dust ,weather and vermin proof ,with powder coated including mounting arrangement on wall comprising the following:- (a) MCCB 160 Amp36 KA ,4 pole-01 No ,(b) MCB TPN 63 Amp with mounting bus bar -04 Nos (outgoing) (c) Spare of Energy Meter three phase -04 Nos (d) Digital Voltmeter of range 0-500 Volts-01 No (e) Digital Amp meter with CTs 0-300 Amps-01 No (f) Selector switch for Voltmeter and Amperemeter- 02 Nos (g) LED indicating lamp of RYB -01 Set (h) Termination of all cables with suitable size thimble and gland-01 Job complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Energy meter shall be fixed and all incoming & outgoing supply connection in the same day.

(d) Digital Voltmeter of range 0-500 Volts-01 No (e) Digital Amp meter with CTs 0-300 Amps-01 No (f) Selector switch for Voltmeter and Amperemeter- 02 Nos (g) LED indicating lamp of RYB -01 Set (h) Termination of all cables with suitable size thimble and gland-01 Job complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Necessary eqpt , safety measures and stationary reqd for earth resistance test arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.
