Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in ground floors or pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above) ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment to sunken floor , complete all as following stages :- (a) Cleaning top surfaces of floor slab and laying 50 mm thick (average) PCC of grade M-10 (Nominal mix), mixedwith WPC as per manufacturers instructions laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners . (b) 15mm thick plastering in Cement Mortar 1:4,on thesides mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions . (c) Applying first layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Applying second layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.126 kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (e) A coat of indusrtial bitumen bitumen of grade 85/25penetration @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces. (f) Laying layer of 200 micron polythyene film. (g) Two nos of 25 mm bore GI pipe (Med gde) spout of 45 cm long shall be provided through external wall to drain out accumulated water. (h) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tightness by filling water for 72 hours before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage/seepage exists. (j) Sunken portion shall be filledwith lean cement concrete of grade M-7.5 using broken bricks.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete required at Site of any description , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases)complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 to 50 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection/ Foot Path etc,, laid in alternate bays, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge nexc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage line of 100/150mm bore either manually (by pushing a piece of bamboo split, tied with gunny bags at one end from one manhole to another manhole) or by mechanically operated pump including dewatering, desilting and well flushing the line with water and testing on completion complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning to Drain by taking out Brick Bat, Pebbles, Slits, Muds, Clay, Sludge etc from the bottom of Drains and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50.00 Meter and depostied, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting hole in brick wall/concrete surface including taking down defective/unserviceable part causing seepage/leakage i.e P & S trap, connector, bend or 'Y' junction and refixing of serviceable parts in the same position and removing of unserviceable parts & sealing by three number of joints with Aqua Epoxy Compound (Make: CICO/Pidilite ), making good disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B - 0 and cement plaster 15mm thick in CM1:4 using water proofing compound and applying two coats of cement base paint to match the existing surface. The work shall be carried out upto 4.00 M height and rates for scaffolding are deemed to be included in the quoted rates
