Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base/WBM WMM including cleaning road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg per sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. (i) Low Porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emultion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 Kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminius surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense Bitumen Concrete (Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch HMP produching an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade level and alignement rolling with smooth with wheelled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MORT&H cl. no.508.complete in all respect. B) With rockdustas filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) i) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) Grading II: 10mm nominal size)

(Sign Board) Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. (iv) 80mm x 60mm rectangular.

(Sign Board) Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. (ii) 60cm equilaterial tringle school sign board & T intersection.

(B) Construction of 2.00m RCC Slab Culvert (Width=7.50m): Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in tranches with excavated suitable material. 1. Ordinary Soil Upto 3.00m depth
