CONSTR OF EXAM CELL ROOM TEMP

Construction of 01 x Exam Cell room :- Exam cell room of 25 ft length, 10 ft breadth and height with 8 ft with galvanized sheet.

Brick Work :- Masonry for super structure in 9” with CM (Cemenet Mortar) in Cement, sand) using good quality table molded light weight brick for all. With complete finished item of work. Cement and sand mixture will be in ratio of 1:

Plastering :- Plastering at 18 mm thickness on wallsof first coat being in CM and the second coat of the plastering with sponge finish, shall be applied after the first coat is set for both internal and external walls. With complete finished item of work. Cement and river sand mixture will be in ration of 1:4.

False Ceiling :- Gypsum sheet of 2’ x 2’ to be used for the false ceiling of the entire exam cell room.

Doors :- Providing and fixing of 01 x door (size 7’ x 4’) teak wood frame with water proof flush door thickness 30 to 35 mm with complete finished item of work.

Doors. Two double door of size 6.5 ft x 4 ft water proof flush door thickness 30 to 35 mm with all fitting with wooden frame for each classroom.

Windows :- Remove one old window and providing and fixing 2 x aluminum window of 5’ x 4’ with sliding doors of frame and glass with grill protection of aesthetic design with mesh (aluminum window) glass thickness 5mm with wire mesh, slab on window and all necessary fittings with complete finished item of work.

Internal Painting:- Supplying and applying of one coat of base primer & two coats of paint in uniform shade to be applied for ceiling and internal walls. With complete finished item of work.

External Painting:- Supplying and applying of two coats of all-weather paint one coat of base water primer in uniform shade to be applied for external walls. With complete finished item of work.

Electrical Work :- Concealed wiring 01 x switch board with modular switches, 02 x 15 Amp socket, 8x5 Amp, 2 x 20 watt LED lights to fitted on the ceiling & wall fans to be provided by school as specified by BIS for electrical safety.
