Annexure-A (LABOUR CHARGES)

Cartage of ST-Pole SP-55 from store to site including safely Loading and unloading.

Cartage of 11 KV XLPE cable from store to site including safely Loading and unloading.

Cartage of Small Material from Store to Site including safely loading and unloading.

Charges of Excavation of earth for ST Pole SP-55 pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for erection of pole in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Erection of Double Pole support pole ST Pole SP-55 in proper level and alignment alongwith fixing of all accessories, like top channel, X-bracing & clamps as per RESSPO construction Manual as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand ) block including cost of Cement,sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPO construction Manual as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Muffing of poles size 0.45 cm x 0.60 cm radious with cc 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone 10mm nominal size) block size 45cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Fabrication of M.S. Channel Angle iron after cutting in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, bracing and special type bracket etc. as per RESSPO sehedule and local approved drawing as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Digging of cable Trench in size 1500 mm deep and 600 mm width and refilling of excaveted earth properly raiming and dressing etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Laying of 11 KV cable 3x400 sq mm in cable Trench Packing under R:C Hume pipe including cable loop both end of D/P Pole section as per specification including hanging of Cable on D/P section pole stucture as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Earthing of supports with M.S Earth of 2.5 meter long by hammering of M.S.Rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of G I wire as per construction manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Painting of Pole with angles ,Channals and claps with one coat of Red Oxide and 2 Coats of Al. Paint & 2 Strips of Flourosent alternate layers of Red & White Paint strip each 50 mm wide up to 30 cm wide above 1.5 m from the ground level all Accessories as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Supply &Fixing of chemical compound pipe earthing complete with jointing of G.I. Earth strip properly welded by electric arc as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Fixing of R.C.C cable line route marker with writing painting and numbring etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Filling and Fixing of Termination Cable termination Kit 11KV 3x400 sqmm. (O/D) as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Filling and Fixing of Termination Cable termination Kit 11KV 3x400 sqmm. (I/D)as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Filling and Fixing of Straight Through termination Kit 11KV 3x400 sqmm. as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Fixing, tightening and nozzaling of Stay with pole for 11KV line and stay rod on required tension as per drawing / RESSPO manual as per direction of Engineer-In -charge.

Charges of Fixing of GI Pipe 150 mm along the pole for safety of cables as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Laying of 11 KV Cable in 1.5 mtr depth with suitable trencheless technology including laying & fixing of HDPE pipe PE 100 PN6 & having dia 150 mm conferming to IS 4984/1995 & having thickness 9.1 to 10.3mm. as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of Installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV VCB FDR 350 MVA 400/200/5A. 110V AC as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Charges of High pressure testing of HT line/ UG Cable as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Supply of Jointing Kit for 3x400 sq mm XLPE I/D as per UPCL specification.

Supply of S.T. Pole SP 55 (Galvanized) as per UPCL specification.

Supply of PP & clamp for ST Pole SP-55 (made of M.S. flat 75x10 mm) with 65x16mm Bolt ,Nut & washer duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack , welding & burrs , complete in all respect as per sample.

Supply of Bracing clamp single ended Clamps M.S. Clamps for SP-55 made of MS flat of Size 65x6 mm.with 65x6 mm.with 65x16 mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack , welding & burrs , complete in all respect as per sample.

Supply of E-clamp M.S. Clamps for SP-55 made of M.S. flat of size 75x10 mm with 65x16 mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack , welding & burrs , complete in all respect as per sample.

Supply of Stay Clamp single ended Clamps M.S Clamps for SP-55 made of M.S. Flat of size 75x8mm. With 65x16 mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack , welding & burrs , complete in all respect as per sample.
