REHABILITATION OF EXISTING ROAD BETWEEN KM 247.000 TO KM 250.000 & KM 260.000 TO KM 261.500 WITH INTER LOCKING CONCRETE BLOCK (ILCB) OF SIZE 225 MM X 112 MM X 120 MM (M50 GRADE) WORK ON ROAD BALIPARA - CHARDUAR - TAWANG UNDER PROJECT VARTAK IN THE STATE OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH

WBM 100 mm consolidated thickness of aggregate 45 mm, grading No. 1 as per Table 400-9 and satisfying the physical requirement as per Table 400-8 of MoRTH specifications, spread, rolled, hollows made upto form true surface, blind and compacted to gradient and camber required all as specified.

Scarifying existing BT surface in the manner to avoid any horizontal shear failure with overlaid WBM work

Providing sand blanketing to a depth of 40 mm spraying water, compacting with power roller all complete

Plain Cement concrete M-20 nearly corresponding to nominal mix, 1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3.0 stone aggregate of size 20 mm graded downward (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering)

Laying of Inter Locking Concrete Blocks (ILCB) Size 225 mm x 112 mm x 120 mm (M50 Grade)

Supplying & laying of non woven geo textile 200 GSM forr use behind walls, between two different fills, alongside drains of road, below concrete lining of canals etc. , with mass per unit area of 200 gsm, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detailed specification all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge

Centering/Shuttering (Steel) including strutting, propping and removal of formwork

Supply of Inter Locking Concrete Blocks (ILCB) Size 225 mm x 112 mm x 120 mm (M50 grade) to Site (5% Coloured Pigmented Blocks of any colour as directed by Engineer In-Charge)

Earthwork in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc. spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm including watering and finishing to required slope & level not exceeding 1.5 m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut & fill method is adopted
