Development work of Mangala River Side Beach (Shree Beach) in the district of Puri.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in ordinary soil with 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads, lifts, T&P required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Excavation, loading and carriage with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Construction of embakment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting & excavation from drain & foundation of other structures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of table 300-2 of MORTH including cost of all labour,hire charge of machineries,T&P etc complete.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded granular sub base materials as per table -400-1-- as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royalty, labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Filling foundation and plinth with river sand, well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

C.C of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation using 25mm. Size B.H.C.B chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering,laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

C.C of prop. (1:2:4) using 12 mm. Size B.H.C.B chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering,laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Fly Ash. brick masonry of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) in foundation & plinth with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

250 mm thick Honey comb masonry with 25cmx12cmx8cm size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:4) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.
