Civil Works

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in ordinary soil with 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads, lifts, T&P required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Excavation, loading and carriage with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Construction of embakment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting & excavation from drain & foundation of other structures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of table 300-2 of MORTH including cost of all labour,hire charge of machineries,T&P etc complete.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded granular sub base materials as per table -400-1-- as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royalty, labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Filling foundation and plinth with river sand, well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

C.C of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation using 25mm. Size B.H.C.B chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering,laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

C.C of prop. (1:2:4) using 12 mm. Size B.H.C.B chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering,laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Fly Ash. brick masonry of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) in foundation & plinth with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

250 mm thick Honey comb masonry with 25cmx12cmx8cm size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:4) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

R.C.C. work of M-30 having minimum compressive strength of 300kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days and in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per drawing, design and direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. Supplying HYSD bars of approved quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work in all floors, including cost,conveyance of HYSD bars Fe500 and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour,T & P and other materials complete in all respact as directed by the EIC. 12mm thick C.P (1:4) with neat cement punning including watering and curing with cost conveyance royalty of all materials and cost of all labour T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as directed by EIC.

12 mm (½") thick C.P. (1:6) for finished smooth to inside/outside surface of brick walls in all floors after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, scaffolding required for the work comp as per specification & direction of EIC.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster with (1:6) for finished smooth to outside surface of brick walls in all floors racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. Complete. with cost , conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing one coat of cement washing with approved cement on exterior wall surface after cleaning the walls and curing for seven days as directed by the EIC including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work.

Earth Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth within 5Kms. lead including laying, watering and ramming including cost of labour , T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as directed by EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of matt finished vitrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm / 600mm x 1200mm conforming to IS:13755 of approved brand and shade to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand)jointed with neat cement, slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of tiles including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work as directed by EIC.(Tiles should be of Nitco / Kajaria/ Somany/Johnson)

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrifed tile of size 600mm x 600mm of conforming to IS:13755 of approved brand and shade on wall to be fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness and grouted with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the tiles with rubbing and polishing including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work as directed by EIC.(Tiles should be of Nitco / Kajaria/ Somany/Johnson)

Providing granite flooring with black leather finish granite of 20 mm thick on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:4) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the granite including groove cutting if required , watering and curing etc including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing of 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut granite for Wash Basin platform, kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading and royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters, Vanities, steps etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish including cost, coveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. required to complete the work in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 75mm Factory made light weight non asbestos fibre reinforced aerated cement sandwitched wall/roof panel (8mm thick double skin Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with light weight cellulose fiber blended with cementous material & manufactured through autoclaving process) to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, S.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm) joint finisher etc including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials , cost of labour,T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Stainless steel 304 grade built up section (Square, circular & Rectangular hollow tubes/sections, etc. in column, trusses , purlins etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including welding and bolted with special shaped washer etc. using required size of SS Base plate and Gusset plate as per detail design and as per site requirements. The welding / bolting surface to be finished after positioning of trusses including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour T&P etc complete as per drawing and direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Stainless steel 316 grade built up section (Square, circular & Rectangular hollow tubes/sections, etc. in column, trusses , purlins etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including welding and bolted with special shaped washer etc. using required size of SS Base plate and Gusset plate as per detail design and as per site requirements. The welding / bolting surface to be finished after positioning of trusses including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour T&P etc complete as per drawing and direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of required aluminium tube/section including cost, coveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. required to complete the work in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

FRP Coating on metals with two layer of glass wool mesh of appd. design, Shade and quality including cost of paint,brush, roller scaffolding etc ,cost of all labour, Scaffolding materials, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per the direction of EIC.

Providing & fixing of 2 mm thick PVC corrugated sheet of approved shade & brand on roofing up to any pitch including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. but including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials, Cost of labour, Scaffolding work, T&P etc required to complete the work as per the direction of EIC.

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced 2 mm thick flat plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch (The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866) including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. but including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials, Cost of labour, T&P etc required to complete the work as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Cement fibre board wall paneling on the floor/wall with 25 mm countersunk ribbed head screws @ 200 mm C/C & as per the approved pattern/ drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge.The joints of the boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide jointing tape to provide seamless finish including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials,cost of labour, scaffolding , T&P etc required to complete the work as per drawing & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing of wall surface with Acrylic wall putty (Cement based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials,cost of labour, scaffolding , T&P etc required to complete the work as per drawing & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with cement primer (water bound) to make an even finished wall surface of approved make and quality including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary including cost, carriage, loading & unloading of all materials,cost of labour, scaffolding , T&P etc required to complete the work as per drawing & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(primer of Berger/ J&N/ Asian Paints / ICI Brand is to be used.)

Providing and applying two coats of approved brand plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and quality on interior wall surfaces not exposed to weather, including preparation of surface, cost of all materials, carriage, loading and unloading, labour charges, scaffolding, T&P, and all incidental works, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (paints of Berger/ J&N/ Asian Paints/ ICI Brand is to be used.)

Providing and applying two coats of Weather coat of approved quality and shade over exterior surface of wall exposed to weather including preparation of surface, cost of all materials, carriage, loading and unloading, labour charges, scaffolding, T&P, and all incidental works, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weather coat should of ICI/Berger/Asian/ICI Brand to be used.)

Providing and fixing of UPVC fixed window & Ventilators using R3 series with frame 55mm and abovex45mm and above including drilling of holes for fixing etc including cost of all materials,Cost of carriage, loading & unloading,Cost of all labours, T&P etc required to complete the work in all respect as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. Painting two coat with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of primer on new RCC works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.(Paint of Berger/ J&N/ Asian/ ICI Brand is to be used.)

Providing, fitting and fixing of terracotta clay jaali, Size 200x200mm of approved design and Shade fixed with adhesive & colour matching pigments including all cost of materials, labour, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and Fixing of cubicle (of size 2025mm Height x 1000mm Width x 1500mm Depth, which includes 600mm/900mm width door as per the instruction of EIC) made up of thermosetting resin treated with high pressure, self supporting decorative compact laminates with permanently incorporate anti-bacterial agents (under JIS Z2801:2000 certification) during manufacturing. Supplying & Installation of Selfie point Sculpture of following specifications & as per the image shown in SBD Pg.90 :- 1. Size:- The size of the sculpture is Height - 8', Wide - 38' having tolerance of 6" in distortion of Size. 2.Material specifications:- The sculpture skinning will be made of 14 gauge 316 grade stainless steel sheet for welding & mirror finishing to the sculpture & inner armature/frame work is made of SS square pipe of required thickness & size to be placed at maximum allowable spacing of 5feet c/c. The minimum total weight of sculpture should be 2300kg. Measurement and payment shall be made only on completion of work as per the approved drawings and specifications • Stainless Steel (SS): In case of the installed weight of SS is less than 2300kg in the final product, a deduction in payment shall be made as explained here after : A deduction in quantity @ 0.01(A) shall be made for reduction of every 23 kg weight (part there of shall be rounded up for calculating the deduction). Ex:- If the finished SS Weight after completion of work = 2260 kg , Shortfall = 2300 − 2260 = 40 kg; 40kg/23kg = 1.73 → rounded off to next higher integer i.e. 2(B) Deduction = 0.01 (A) x 2 (B) x 1.0(Constant) = 0.02 (C) Measured quantity will be 1.00 (Constant) – 0.02 (C) = 0.98 No extra payment will be made for additional weight towards SS (>2300KG) as specified above and deemed to be included in the accepted rate of agreement.
