Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including hatching any type, demolition of mud phuska etc including cleaning the surface by water/air pressure and removal of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed

Roughening cleaning to RCC roof surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for level coarse complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid WPC @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions ( WPC will be measured and paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over primer @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm surface by torch sealed application complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee (on account of any defect raised/noticed during a period of ten years) and shall be released after 10 years of completion of work. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fails to rectify the defect pointed out during this period , the defect shall be got rectified at contractor's risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (iii) WPC shall paid Incl qoted rate

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid and bedded in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% or crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore long body bib tap chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore long body pillar taps CP brass chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with chromium plated screwed shanks and fly nuts complete screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm long body Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
