Supply only glycol / coolant alongwith the necessary additives and inhibitor in cognition and supplied in barells, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up/down unserviceable pump motor of capacity from 1 HP to 3 HP removing burnt winding and rewinding with new copper wire of suitable size, varnishing and painting of the exterior body complete with servicing by greasing, changing bushes/flanges and bearings of suitable size, refixing with new bolt and nuts of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Item rate includes replacement of unserviceable / wearout / tearout parts like nuts, bolts, washer, gaskets, rubber rings alongwith necessary major unserviceable parts of the motor.

Material and labour for complete decarbonising of boilers including replacement of damaged refractory, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of damaged nitrile insulation of 19 mm thick over pipes of CHS of any size as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for opening the Oil based boiler, dismantaling the accessories and cleaning the boiler including replacement of necessary minor accesories as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Descaling of radiator panel associated with CHS installed at signal center and A Mess, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
