Institute shall be recognized one and shall have prior experience in
providing statutory training to Oil and Gas Industries.
Institution shall provide training atleast on following subjects.
Factories Acts
Petroleum Act
Explosive Act
Pollution Control Act
Storage of hazardous chemical etc.
Certification shall be issued to each participant within 15 days of
attending training program.
Expenses shall include expenses providing training along with to & fro
traveling, lodging-boarding etc. at the location of providing training.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All the safety precautions shall be taken while working inside the
premises as per the safety rules / regulations stipulated by
BPCL. The rules shall be fully adhered to regarding the work
permit / clearance system.
The vendor shall make his own arrangement for housing himself
and his staff outside premises. BPCL shall have no obligation to
provide any accommodation.
No employee will be permitted to stay in the Installation / Control Room
after their work is over.
The vendor shall not at any time cause or permit any nuisance at the
deployed work place and/or anything, which shall cause unnecessary
disturbance or inconvenience to owners, residents or damage properties
and the public in general. The manpower deployed by the agency shall
leave the premises after execution of the work.
PAYMENT TERMS
The vendor shall submit the invoice confirming to the GST invoice rules
as notified by Govt. of India on a prescribed format in triplicate for goods
and duplicate for services to the Officer In-Charge.
Payment shall be made against bills, based on actual executed
quantities and due certification by Office-in-charge.
100% payment shall be released after 15 days from date of receipt of
bill to Engineer In-Charge

LD CLAUSE, SECURITY DEPOSIT
LD CLAUSE: Applicable: In case of delay, 0.5% / week of delay or part thereof
up to a max. 5% of the total contract value shall be recovered.

Delivery period will be 30 days from date of issue of purchase order.
