Construction of C.C. road and Sewrage pipe line work at various places in ward no. 54

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below .

Earth work for Sewer line and Manhole in excavation in foundation, trenches manholes, road side chambers etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level including allowances for any additional excavation beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings), re-handling of material/earth to complete the task. In ordinary rock Depth upto 1.5 m

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and Sand, bazri,ballast, kankar 5 Km.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 5 fine/ coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 ( cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6(1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Supplying and fixing Soorsagar Bhura or Equivalent ashlar sills, lintels and dassa, bearing, bed & top surface made perfenctly even, jambs, skirting steps etc. rough dressed: upto 15 cm thick.

Supplying & fixing 560mm dia SFRC manhole frame & cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including grouting the frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer. HD-20

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manualy, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and laying un-reinforced, plain cement concrete mix with Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints etc including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of RCC pipes NP4 class (with s/s ends) IS: 458 - 2003 (amended up to date) marked and pipes from 300 mm and upto 1800 mm manufactured through vertical casting process at all depths with Rubber gaskets (EPDM/SBR) for sewer lines as per IS: 5382 (including cost of Rubber gaskets, lubricants) as per drawing, sectional hydro testing of the sewer pipe line (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) etc., complete as per specification and / or as directed by Engineer. 150 mm internal diameter

Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing socketed rubber gasket type ISI marked uPVC pipes of Class III (6 Kg/sqcm) suitable for potable water with rubber ring joints (as per IS 4985-2000) of following outer dia with all accessories (excluding specials) complete including all material, labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. 110 mm dia

p & F W.V.C. Half- Round Channel of approved make in C.M. 1:3, joints finished in white cement of size 150mm dia .

Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking tiles of desird shape of M 30 grade manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibrio pressed machine and fully computerized automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. Tensile splitting strength, abrasion and braking load etc. as per BS 6717:2001, Grey cement. 60mm thick

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Supplying and fixing machine cut fine dressed Red/Pink sand stone dasa or coping, with full moulding if required laid on cement mortar 1:4 including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. 75 mm thick

Removing & re-fixing of precast cement concrete interlocking paving blocks of all sizes over 50 mm thick course sand bedding (duly compacted) including filling of joints with sand complete in all respect.

Removing & re-fixing of stone slab flooring set in pattern over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 course sand) and finished with cement sand mortar 1:3 complete in all respect.

Re-fixing old ashlar stone w/o dressing Red Ashlar

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per direction of Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be 200 mm ID

Removal of existing damaged/ deteriorated parts of Alcoves (ornamental stone mandir), providing & refixing of 'Alcoves' of approved sand stone with dressing complete as per existing design/ pattern/ approved design, fixing with lime mortar 1:2 with proper brass pinning and fixing including all lead and lift complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in-charge.
