Design, construction, testing and commissioning of 1.60 MLD Water purification Treatment Plant in shape of rapid sand filters including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirement cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, installation of mechanical, electrical accessories equipment/ machinery, laying of all interconnecting G.I./ MSERW pipe and scouring arrangement from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. near by Nallah/ Khad/ Natrual drainage, valve,fitting and all other contingent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes construction of RCC Mix M-30 of inlet chamber, Raw Water Tank, Clear Water Tank, Pre-sedimentation tank, Clarifloculator, flash Mixer, Rapid gravity sand filter, Wash lime solution tank, Alum solution tank, Inter connecting path, (1.20 metre wide), backwash unit with pumping set and Air compressor including arrangement for disposal of waste from water treatment process, plant building compring office, P/F lightening arrangement(sodium vapour lamps 150 watt) made in the boundary unit in the plant area, C/o PCC Retaining walls, P/F Railing in all WTP units, P/F electoral mechanical equipment, proper walk way for inspection/operation of various units. The design of various units shall confirm to the relevant BIS codes. All the hydraulic structure shall be designed and constructed in RCC M-30 design shall be carried out as per design shall be carried out as per design parametre included in the No. 1.1. (For detailed specification refer as per chapter No. 1 & data sheet No. 1.)
All structure shall be designed for up lift pressure and encounted at footing as per contour plan up loaded suitable protection structure shall be designed and provide to avoid direct entry of HFL water with treatment premises. The scope of work shall be as per common design parameters technical specification and special condition appended in the DNIT. This further includes combination of various treatment units based on flow diagram given in the above manual for consideration of alternative proposals or any other low cost treatment methods based on existing plants working under similar conditions with necessary performance certifications. The firm should quote its rates for its offered proposal with cogent reason/justification for adopting the particular method of treatment of water and design of relevant units which should be based in recommendations of latest relevant codes/manuals on water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban Development, Govt of india, New Delhi.
Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Circular Elevated storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe ,proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. Supply of submersible pumping set of (KSB / Kalama/ Kirloskar/ Johnston/ Cromption/ BS) make conforming to BIS; 8034-1976 latest suitable for lifting clear water (latest with uptodate ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/ suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacurer standard) conforming to BIS; 9283-1979 (latest with upto date ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. Providing & Fixing of Kirloskar/ Kilburn/IVC/Fouress /Gled/BHEL/Leader make Cast Iron PN 1.6 double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bypass arrangement equal to dia of Rising Main i.e 200mm shall be suitable for withstanding nominal seat pressure of 16kg/cm² complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/ Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles ,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.
On supply side of 3½ core coper cable 6mm^2 ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch & Starter).

Providing,laying, jointing & testing of bevelled ended MSERW pipe (Zinc Coated) 4.80mm thick with MS Flange (30%) and other pipe (70%) with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of pipe of Jindal /Surya Roshni / Tata/AST make of following dia meters conforming to IS/ISO 3183:2007 with steel grade L-210 or A, having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding , lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing and welding flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) . The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) and all other specials made from the parent tube shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing of pipes, D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
