Supply & Planting of shady plants (Neem, Peepal, Goolar, Jamun, Imli or other specified) along road side including the following activities : 1. Preparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shrubs removal of stones & garbage. 2. Supply of plant at site of two years of age & height more than 1.50 Mtr. 3. Supply &application of dry manure (Farm yard manure organic) 4. Supply & application of Insecticides. 5. Manuring, application of insecticides & watering at least 20 liter per plant after planting & during maintenance period. 6. Watering to plants. (including cost of water).

7. Maintenance of plants by the contractor for five years including pits, preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc. & application of insecticides, manure, watering as directed by the university etc. & security. If the plant die during maintenance contractor has to replace same height plant at his own cost.(including cost of water, manure, insecticides, T&P etc.) as per other details described in enclosed annexure "F" of tender document. 8. No payment will be made for any activities illustrated in annexure F attached with tender document. All cost for such work deemed to be included in this item, hence rates shall be quoted accordingly including all applicable taxes like GST, IT, MINING etc.

Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. including removal of stones, Manuring, application of insecticides & watering at least 20 liter per plant after planting & during maintenance period 6. Watering to plants. (including cost of water).

Providing & Fixing RCC Precast Tree Gaurd with concrete mix M-30, smooth finish with cement mortar 1:2 and coloring pigments, Reinforced with 5mm dia HYSD bars as per requirement. The panels will be manufactured using Fibre Reinforced plastic moulds with vibro compaction process so as to achieve shuttering finish. The panels shall be free from cracks, twists and such other defects. Holes of 25mm in each panel will be made as shown in drawing for fixing/tying panels. Size of all 4 panels of each tree guard (a) Height-180cm, (b)Width-At bottom 60cm at top 30cm (c)-Thickness of panels shall be minimum 40mm

Supplying and fixing of precast reinforced concrete benches casted with using M-30 grade concrete mix for sheet, back and lag having following sizes. Length of bench 1500mm, back height 450mm, seat width 450mm, thickness of support legs 100mm total height of bench = 1000mm, thickness of back & seat shall be minimum 50mm The finishing of bench with exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex/Ultima/Asian Paint) with colour as approved by engineer-in-charge. The rates including curing, loading, unloading & transportation.
