Replacement of Cooling coil in AHU
OD12999/2024-2025:Installation of new cooling coil -1663 CFM Isolating the in and out ball/ butterfly valve of ahu, drain out the chilled water from the cooling coil, removal of pipe insulation between the valve and cooling coil, removal of canvas connection, dismantling of ahu from the mounting arrangements. Cleaning of cooling coil mounting tray and drain tray, installation of new cooling coil by welding, checking the alignment ,drain tray insulation, pressure testing ,re-insulation with 50 mm thick, 24kg/square cm density puf insulation ,covered with vapour barrier and aluminium cladding,providing canvas connection. Re-commissioning of ahu,ensure the required pressure drop and water temperature. Checking of entalpy difference , cooling efficiency.1663 CFM
