Electrical Audit as per NBC 2016 and NFPA, IS Codes, Electricity Rules and report of detailed audit with its findings, corrective & preventive actions to be taken and ensure fullfillment of same and providing certification stating safe working of electrical installation certified from Certified Energy Auditor of BEE which will cover following points as listed below during inspection; a) Physical checking of electrical circuit and compare the same with respect to applicable Indian standard/Indian Electricity rule IS 732-2019, Code of Practice for electrical wiring installations, fourth revision (IEC 60335). b) Review & testing of protection sysytem with respect to short circuit, leakage current and insulation damage and over voltage & current for all loads. c) Parameters to be check; Load Balance, Harmonic distortion, flicker Analysis, Blackout, brownout Analysis, Phase & frequency shifts, crest factor in Electrical Circuits, logging of 3 phase Voltage channels using power quality analyser, electrical safety of panels & systems, PPEs, Checking of Lift, Pump, FAS, energy Bills, Energy conservation measures, etc. d) Load testing of entire system at maximum load with the help of thermal Imaging camera and provide solution to overcome the esisting heating problem if any. Thermography of all Electrical panels, Loads, Motors, tramsformers, metering circuits. e) Review of insulation resistance test of all power cables, wiring circuits. f) Health check of existing lightning arrestor installed and its circuit. g) Review of earthing pits. h) LOTO procedure for panels. j) Usage of machinery and equipments as per ratings. k) Energy saving review & suggetions for any methods to reduce the consumption. l) Aviation light review.
